Honorable Michelle Thomason

I have known Judge Thomason for about two years and find her very family oriented, with unquestional Christian values and a stern judge. I also recognize the misfortune that one side in each litigation comes away unhappy, but treated as fair as can be dealt, with the facts presented. I'm proud to have persons of her integrity on the bench!

What a difficult job to be a judge but Judge Thomason is the most respectable, commendable, honest and trustworthy Judge and person, I’ve seen in a while. Her poise and grace is admirable. ❤ Her. She showed respect to people I couldn’t look at.

She was very fair and showed compassion to my son.

This judge is incredibly biased and has a known personal sexual relationship with an attorney which now reveals rulings weighted heavily in favor of this relationship as her rulings are no doubt weighted with favortism. In April of this year a now 24 month baby girl was handed over to an abusive father without seemingly fairness or concerns of a fit and capable mother.

My son shares the same thoughts and feelings as Luna does. She had my son throwing up in the court room begging her to protect him from his Father who later was charged with domestic violence against my son and was issued a no contact order. All of this was after my other 2 children were ordered to be removed from my care for 6 days after being their main care taker for their entire life. She did not even bother to figure out who was most fit to care for them she just let him have them. Now both of my sons have had a lot of struggles trusting our justice system to actually protect them. It is sad that a lot of families are inmpacted by decisons made from heartless humans.

She is the worst judge ever. She knew a mom had a she case against her for leaving her 3 year old home alone but she didn't care. She refused to do anything. She could care less about the children.

I was a child when she made a bias desission to give me to someone who was abusive now I am an official adult who is on anti depressant and anti anxiety medication kolonopin 2 times a day and still am dealing with her decision Hudson v Nolan was my case thanks to her poor decision as a judge I have nightmares can't enjoy fireworks or anything that will trigger a panic attack that also makes me convulse but not a good judge also has had 16 complaints in 18 months hopefuly she will be voted out so other children won't have to go threw what I did and be on anti depression or anti anxiety medication and can enjoy normal everyday things but that's just my stance and my public review
