The spray of red carnations with white daisies McKenzie Street Florist did for my Dad’s funeral was absolutely beautiful. My Dad loved flowers, especially red flowers. He would have loved this arrangement. This is not the first time I’ve ordered flowers from McKenzie Street Florist. I’ve never been disappointment and will always go to them first when I need a special floral arrangement.

Sissy at McKenzie Street Florist is not only a life saver, but a wedding saver! Two weeks before my June 12th wedding I officially came to terms that my previous florist was ghosting me and that I was never going to hear from them again, so, I began the emotional process of finding a new florist last minute. She not only took my order but understood the situation and corrected another florist's mistake/neglect. She exceeded all of my expectations! The week of my wedding she checked in/visited my ceremony AND reception venue to be well acquainted with what needed to happen wedding day. I myself have zero knowledge when it comes to flowers and she explained everything to me in detail based on the photos I liked with what would fit in my budget. I knew exactly what I was getting. She honestly saved the day. I am so thankful she took my call (many tears were shed) and she made a stressful situation a dream come true. i do no live in Gulf Shores AL area but was in need of a florist for a funeral in Gulf Shores and randomly picked McKenzie Street Florist and I need a quick turn around for delivery literally less that 24 hours and on a Sunday and this florist did not just accommodate my short notice but they delivered the most beautiful floral arrangements i have ever seen. I needed a florist to assist me in delivering flowers to a funeral there in Foley. I am out of state, so I read the reviews of the florists listed in Foley, paying particular attention to the photos. The staff of McKenzie Street Florist could not have been nicer. I gave them my budget and they created the most beautiful arrangement. The voice on the other end of the line exudes trust and caring. They even sent me a photo of the completed arrangement. I am very pleased with their service.

I have used McKenzie Florist on 2 separate occasions. Each time it was to send something to my sister in Elberta Alabama and I live across country in Oregon. Each time there were problems, the 1st was with finding her home, which is a little off the beaten path. The 2nd was with me trying to send her something after her surgery right on a holiday when they were going to be closed. Peggy called me personally after having placed my order online, and she has gone above and beyond to accommodate me. No, she didn't deliver on a holiday BUT, she had to come in on the weekend to take care of something else and made sure that mine got delivered that day as well.

Excellent is all I can say. I was in need of some type of a living plant for a death in my family.I was in Florida and I had NO idea what I wanted. OMG the lady I spoke to on the phone had some very good idea's. She was excellent. The item she told me about was not posted on their web site so I trusted in her 100%. Although I had called in the afternoon the item was still delivered that same day. I received photo's from my wife and she was very pleased as I was also. Will not hesitate in choosing this business for future purchases. Thank you I do not know how you could improve your service. It was Excellent.

We used McKenzie Street for our wedding!! And oh my gosh! I described my dream flowers (bouquets, boutonnières, and arrangements for decor and isle runners) and they matched it perfectly!! Most amazing place I have ever ordered flowers from!!!!!!! Yesterday I ordered flowers and a bear for my mom for mothers day. Within hours they were at my mothers house! I ordered them online and it was so easy. To the lady that delivered them to my mom I want to say thank you so much! You are a awesome person! She called me and told me she couldn't get a hold of my mom and WAITED there for me to get a hold of her. When she seen her she was soooo sweet! I didn't tell my mother who was there I just asked her to walk up to the lady and tell her who she was and theylady was so happy and excited to see my mom and give her her gift. My mom talked about her and told everyone what happened all day. The lady said Hi Shawn! I love to make people smile and I have something for you that is going to do just that. Here is a bear! Since I was ordering out of state and these flowers were for my best friend whose mother had just passed. I knew if they didn’t get them right, I would hear about it 🙂. It was super easy to order on their website and they were delivered the same day (New Year’s Eve no less). The flowers were perfect and I’m so grateful they made the process so easy and the flowers via the picture sent to me turned out beautifully.

I truly can’t say enough about this place. Peggy is amazing!! I had ordered wedding flowers for a Monday wedding but thanks to Hurricane Sally we had to change our wedding to Sunday. Peggy not only came in to make sure I had flowers, they were seriously so pretty they made me cry. She had exceeded my expectation!!! Made a very hectic and panicked day absolutely perfect!!

My son ordered an arrangement for me for Mother's Day. It was supposed to be a surprise, but the surprise was that I wasn't home. Lol. The florist called both me and my son to see how we wanted to handle this. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my flowers. And the arrangement was beautiful.
