Downtown OWA

Lots of shopping and dining options! Lots of picturesque places! Many neat things to see and do. They kids also got to see Santa for a long time. It was a good visit, not rushed. The kids even got a free prize - ornaments and pictures frames they can decorate.

Updated: went back six months later and still just as fun. Not crowded. Most shops not open. Some restaurants not open. Many shops and restaurants are not kid-friendly and don’t really make sense (out of place) at an amusement park.

I went here for the first time yesterday! It was great because there were not very many people! They also still had the Christmas decorations up! The Christmas tree is really tall! It's like a small town. Really cute shops and restaurants.

Enjoyable way to spend a day strolling through shops, seeing a magic show, tasting “moonshine” (which was available in over 26 flavors!), eating a variety of snacks or a meal before playing at Tropic Falls Water Park. Owned and operated by Indigenous American Indians👏

We loved it here! My husband was here a few months ago remodeling the McDonald's and wanted us to come here for vacation. They didn't have that many stores but by next summer I know they'll be full. We enjoyed the theme park, arcade, Alvin's, and wahlbergers. Will be back again.

Great place to go when in South Alabama. Great restaurants, lots of things going on. Part of the amusement park

What's not to like? Wonderful food. Great shops. Murder Creek! Groovy Goat is nice. Gussie's gives you ample portions and a great atmosphere. Cozumel is the new hit. But the best place for me is C'est Le Vin.

We celebrated my son's 16th birthday Here. The park was very clean. There was plenty workers throughout the park. We enjoyed the indoor Waterpark as well as the amusement park. The inside of the water park was cool with air conditioning and plenty seating areas. The outside made me feel as though I was on a beach with sand and palm trees surrounding, which is one of my favorite things to do. There were a Lot of shopping establishments, restaurants, and free entertainment throughout. We ended the night with a free fireworks show that took place for Memorial Day. I had a great experience and I would most definitely recommend visiting.

First quick trip. Cool idea. Hopefully some more companies will move in soon.

I thought this place would be awful so I didn’t wanna go but honestly it’s better than you think It’ll be. The amusement park and waterpark is bigger than I thought it would be, I loved it. Don’t hate until you’ve actually been. Waits are short, and rides are amazing!

Great vacation with the grandkids!! They loved the water park. Lifeguards were the most attentive I have ever seen at a waterpark! They took their jobs very seriously!

Indoors waterpark tropic falls and a whole lot of other places for shopping and eating really cool place to make a stop and check out and you got to check out murder creek distillery 5 for $5 taste and try they have there awesome place.

Downtown OWA is Foley, Alabama's newest hot spot.

This pedestrian-friendly downtown area offers shopping, dining and entertainment options for everyone in the family.

I always have a great time strolling down the sidewalks, window-shopping at the unique boutiques and grabbing a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants.

There's also a variety of entertainment options, from a couple theaters to an outdoor stage where live music is often performed.

Overall, we always have a great experience at Downtown OWA and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun-filled day or evening out.

Downtown OWA is clean. The concept and design were thoughtfully developed. It had many restaurants and activities to choose from. It was a great First Date location.

We’re locals and are always wondering when the tourists will discover this place. Maybe they don’t realize how much there is outside the theme park. Downtown Owa reminds us of Downtown Disney, with fun shops and a splash pad and restaurants or to-go stands. There are sidewalks throughout and plenty of places to stop and rest or chat, by the lake, at the outdoor amphitheater, or along the streets.

Very exciting a lot of things to look at in do the shows the entertainment that they put on is very well worth going crane facility very helpful workers

We live In Foley and go to OWA fairly frequently, we have never had a bad meal or bad experience. We have gone to The Legends concerts as well. Seats are comfortable, the accomodations in the Theatre are appropriate due to the Pandemic. All staff in the park are very nice and helpful.

When we went, it was HOT. But I could tell OWA made a real effort to have misting systems going, a clean water park for the kiddos, and a nice environment to enjoy. Super impressed with how the children's boat operator was. She was extremely nice and accommodating. Also, she was very attentive to my son when he showed signs of being afraid. Overall, park was nice. Will return (without the toddler😉) Oh, I was happy to see all the room my toddler had to play, run, and walk. It kept him busy when unable to ride the rides due to height restrictions. Which was totally understandable. See y'all soon.
