Lowe's Home Improvement

I was visiting Lowe's to purchase items for a garage project. The person who waited on me helped immensely and walked me to the different areas I needed in order to complete my list of items. When I checked out, I was provided my veteran discount and thanked for my service. Great experience all around.

Understaffed, staff were extremely rude and don't want to help. You roam in the store for an hour without any member of the staff asking if you need help. They looked at me from head to toe and didn't even acknowledge me. Update: I want to thank the manager on his or her reply to my previous post. Since that date, been to lowes several times & it was 180 degrees improvement. Each one of the staff greeted customers & asked if they needed help. This showed that Lowe's team is proactive & productive. So thanks again for the quick response & improvement.

The Davenport Iowa location is by far the best location !!! Service team members named Laura, Nick & Chris were amazing in process of me getting 70 plus bricks. They really respect, knowledgeable & quick! THEY LOADED THE bricks on my trailer within 5 mins and I was able to leave because I was in a hurry. Lowe’s cares about their customers & they respect there customers valuable time ! Highly recommend this store

Went into Lowe's to price appliance packages and Tim helped us. He was very patient and showed us many different styles and name brands. We ended up leaving there spending even less than we expected. We did not shop around because we were very satisfied with our choice. Tim was very helpful. Answered all of our questions and was very patient. When I said I wanted a convention oven in a larger size than the pkg deal and a convention microwave he just added that to the package we picked out. We were also able to upgrade to a gas stove. All this for less than $3000.00!! Gotta love holiday sales!!!

This store seems to be the most helpful of all the local big box home-improvement stores. When you go to the other big box stores, you really have to track down employees, and they rarely can help you with what you’re looking for… but this Lowe’s home improvement has some great employees who seem to be knowledgeable and willing to help. They go out of their way to get you an answer when they don’t know something, and they are very friendly! I would recommend the store!

We made major purchases recently. Liz helped us with the details on a refrigerator and dishwasher. Matt helped me with an after purchase question. Mike helped me when I had a delivery problem. All were great, and I would definitely recommend this store and the appliance department.

I like loewes, but it's big! I don't like going in for just one thing because it's aisles at huge. I do walk them and always find stuff in interested in, but then I spend more money than I thought I would?

Had to buy a new washer and dryer. After shopping around several places I ended up purchasing from this store. Richard was the associate working in appliances that evening and he was extremely helpful. He took over 45 minutes to help me find the right washer and dryer for our needs. He wasn’t pushy about the service contract so I purchased that as well. Next time I’m ready to purchase another home appliance, I’m going to find out when Richard is working and have him help us again! (I couldn’t figure out how to leave a 10 point score for a survey for Richard but hope he gets credit for doing a great job providing excellent customer service!)

Great place to buy blown in insulation. My valuables were getting cold and this helped a lot. And spray paint.

I really like this store. They usually have what I need. We did buy a nice gazebo, but they stopped selling replacement tops. This store is clean and the employees are very nice and helpful.

Lowe's of great, just got a impact driver to rotate the tires on my truck.

I was looking for a home maintenance part, and admittedly, I was not getting anywhere finding it. One of the floor staff helped me locate what I needed. We discussed options, and made credible recommendations.

My husband went to this store today and had the best experience in customer service. When he says that you know ita true. ASSOCIATE Kirby went above and beyond to help him. All with a smile on her face!!! Thank you

Very helpful staff. Walking through the store, we probably had 4 or 5 employees ask if we needed help with anything. They even followed up after we found what we were looking for to make sure.

Mia was nice to greet me at the door, and find someone to assist me. Chris went out of his way to help me with my awkward purchase (8' fluorescent tube bulbs, as I am disabled with only one usable hand), by picking them and carrying them to the register, followed by loading them into my SUV. Great store, great employees and Great Customer Service and Satisfaction.

Lowes is the only place to find Craftsman tools. Today, after two years of daily abuse, I finally had to replace my trusty Craftsman 6-in-1. Great driver and has never let me down until I gave it a bit too much torque for its liking.

Loved loved the appliance dept manager!!! He was very friendly and so knowledgeable.

Mia is the best! We recently purchased an Electric Dryer from you. She was so helpful & so friendly; trully an asset to Lowes!!
