I’ve used Express Oil change in Tennessee for years and love the service. Always great people! My wife won’t go anywhere else.

My wife and I are visiting friends while we are traveling across the country, and visited the Pleasant Grove location. Michael and Hunter were very thorough and communicative. Super clean facility. Even better than my home town store.

I need the service done on my kids car. So I stopped in and they did a very good job. They got me right in and out real quick. Apparently they were celebrating their Google reviews. I would say they deserve to because they did a great job. Hunter was great!

Great spot for a quick and I saw a top rated sign for speed. Also got a brake job done super quick. Micheal knocked it out after the oil change. I hear we might even get tires there soon. Nice work.

Loved working with Jackson! He was quick and efficient even answered questions about another issue I had! Express will have my business in the future they will always be fair with you and be honest and make sure you’re taken care of! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I suppose that many times in life, we drive by businesses, and never know a thing about them… This was certainly the case with Express Oil & Tire for me. But when I stopped to get my oil changed today, I was completely impressed with the outstanding service, the quality of the service, and the friendliness of those that were associated with this business that I met. I’ve found my new, go to, for all of my future oil changes! Express is the best I’ve found. I’d give 10 Stars if I could!

I have been a Doug Smith Dealership and Big-O Tire customer since I could drive, and they completely screwed me the last few weeks with both tire and oil problems, that left me throwing my hands in the air and very frustrated! I am VERY reluctant to go to new places, but I decided to give Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers a shot after 2 other places told me they couldn't do much for me without charging an absurd amount. From the minute I pulled into their parking lot, Hunter came and greeted me and got me started right away. He listened to my complaints about the other companies I have struggled with, then told me they would get it taken care of, and gave me their prices right there- Competitive pricing while still being about 35-45% cheaper than the 2 other shops down the street! They had my car in the bay for a tire/rim change before I even sat down! - Granted, I went when they were a little slower, but it still impressed me since it was about 5:00pm! 15 minutes later, Kevin came to give me my keys and introduce himself to me. His customer service experience shows! He explained the services performed, his recommendations, and the costs to me. The recommendations were given to me with no pressure to up-sale me on anything or get more money out of me. He is a great asset to their team, and he will be a major reason I return... and why I did less than 24 hours later!

The next day I had an oil change and service inspection and such. I had Hunter, Randy, and Skylar working as my techs. I drove in the parking lot and Hunter was to my door before my car was in park, and he had me drive straight into the service bay! Again, maybe my timing is impeccable, but I was there about 9:30am and there wasn't any wait! 2 times in a row, I was instantly seen and serviced! I sat in my car for 10 minutes while they quickly changed my oil and did my inspections. My oil drain plug was severely stripped (thanks Doug Smith) and they charged me $1.00 for a replacement... after I was quoted $10.00 by others. I was so impressed by the customer service and skills that all their employees showed... I even asked for all their names for this review and found out that it was Skylar's first day, and they were training him! Again, Hunter brought me the report from the inspection, a timing schedule for my car's service needs, and all the recommendations from the inspection. No pressure and no expectation of me buying more products/services. This is a big deal to me. I drive a decently nice sports car, *said humbly*, and so I am used to every service/sales person trying to make their buck off of me. I never once felt that here. I have no doubt that when I left, my car was taken care of just as much as I was.

Can I give this place 10 stars just based on their customer service? I rarely leave reviews- if I ever have- but I knew that I would be giving them my honest 5-star review to help their business grow and let them know I appreciate them, by name. I also knew I needed to share my experience to help the other worriers like me out there. If you are nervous about the honesty and integrity of these car service shops nowadays, know that I found one that makes my anxiety melt away!

They have a dynamite team working here! The service is quick, and the billing is transparent. I have only been a customer for a little bit now, but they have a 100% track record with their services, products, and customer service. Went in today for an oil change, gotta say this place is hands down. I would highly recommend. This is the only place i can think of where you stay inside your vehicle the entire time while they get the work done. I really liked the costumer service that was provided. Both Daniel and Lu both did amazing, great communication, and they explained everything. 5+ stars for these two helpful workers.

My family has been pleased with the service they’ve received at Express so I stopped by (on a Utah Holiday) to check on pricing for service and diagnostic work on my sons Tribute Truck. The shop was fully staffed and busy. Brenden was the mechanic that came out to answer my questions. He was clear and professional and needed to make some phone calls to check on other answers. I headed home and he called me back within an hour. He had the answers, offered me fair pricing and support and told me he could work me in that very day. I went back over immediately and left the truck with them for the afternoon. He called me with updates and questions when needed and when the work was done.
When I went in to pick the truck up I met the owner Joel. Everything about this operation was top notch, professional, timely, with fair pricing. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic and shop and Express Oil Change and Service earned my respect and business.

I backed into a nasty sharp curb in a parking lot, breaking a pipe on my muffler. Express Oil is a full service shop so I took the car in right away. They had my car in within 20 minutes & welded the pipe back onto the muffler for a very reasonable price. The mechanics we very friendly & helpful ~ getting me back on the road in a very short time. We will definitely be coming back for service in the future. This is a great company I can trust! Thank you, again!

Excellent service from this location every time I take my vehicles in. I love that we can stay in the car. They are fast and they communicate well as a team and make me feel like I’m part of that team (I guess I’m the boss on the team; but they keep me in the loop on what’s going on under the hood). They even attempted a competitive coupon match and didn’t make me feel bad for asking. Thank you for your professionalism!

My wife and I recently had our car serviced for an oil change here and it was a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, efficient, and didn't pressure us into unnecessary upgrades. Hunter, in particular, provided exceptional service. Consider us a couple of new regulars.

I came in Saturday afternoon for an emissions test and registration renewal. I had to wait ten or fifteen minutes for the car in front of me to finish with its work, but that was fine with me. Then they had me pull into the bay and did the testing while I waited in the car. It only took maybe ten minutes to have everything I needed done. The guys that helped me were all very friendly and professional. The price was reasonable. I'm happy with my experience and I'll definitely come back as needed.

So nice and friendly and fast!! Called Jiffy Lube and Big O first and they both quoted me 2 hours for an oil change. These guys did it in 15 min! Hunter was awesome!

Called these guys because they were close for getting new batteries. Their availability to jump right on it and their inventory made a quick visit out of things. No extra charges. Their price was already 10-15% better than everyone else and without garbage fees they were almost 30% less than everyone else. Hunter took good care of me.

Incredible fast service. Staff was happy and professional. Communication was clear. I appreciated the print out with suggestions on vehicle maintenance recommendations. They won my business.

We love our experience every time we come here. Came in early for an oil change and was helped so quickly. Hunter was on top of everything and made sure I knew exactly what was going on and what services were recommended. We will keep coming here for all our car needs!

This location was very close to my house and there was no wait. The staff was polite and I didn't have to get out of my car. I had my emissions testing done, got my state taxes paid, got my paperwork and my license plate sticker and was on my way, all within 10 min. Very convenient.

Every time I go here I am well taken care of. I even bring my two kids under two and it isn’t a nightmare! They give us candy while we wait in our car! IN OUR CAR! I don’t have to unpack my kids and chase a toddler around! They do quick efficient work! I’ve never been there longer than 25 minutes!

Best and fastest oil change. They were informative and didn’t tell me I needed a bunch of other things just to make the sale. Gave me quotes on new tires while I waited since I’ll be needing those in a couple of months. The gentleman who helped me was so kind!

We’ve been coming here since about 2021 and since then it’s the only place we take our cars to get work done! Reasonable prices, only fix what you need and never pressure you into fixing things that don’t need it! Also cool that they give you a list of things to keep your car running at peak condition!! Love this place!
