My experience AGAIN with Grand was great. Both the salesman and the young men who delivered were outstanding. Very polite, efficient and willing to answer any questions. This was my second purchase from Grand and will always be my store to buy any appliances in the future

Our oven went out just before Christmas, and couldn't be fixed. Went here first before going to box stores, ended up coming right back. Staff was more knowledgeable, more helpful, better prices and actually had stove in stock available for delivery.

Nathan was amazing and not pushy. I’m one of those that knows what I want, when I see it and I told him that. He showed me a couple products and gave me my space. I very much appreciate that. In addition, I bought my first appliance from Grand when they had just came to town. I have not bought anywhere else, since that first time. Good prices, good people, great products. I highly recommend. In addition, they stand behind those great products as well. Thank you, Grand!!

They were amazing. The salesman was so nice, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Their delivery team was just as amazing. Professional, on time and efficient. Its been a long time since we have had such wonderful service. Highly recommend.

Robert was an amazing help! We knew we wanted a refrigerator, but were looking at eventually upgrading our stove as well. With the rebates & sales being offered, he was able to get us a great deal & made sure we were confident in our purchase. Even with having to juggle multiple customers, we felt 100% taken care of & were not pressured to buy anything we did not need or want! 6 stars

Friendly and knowledgeable sales rep offered straight forward information without high pressure sales tactics. Competitively priced and was able to accommodate a low cost 2nd business day delivery.

Excellent customer service provided by Tim Anton at the Davenport IA store. He was very helpful, very informative and he had tremendous knowledge of all the products they sell. Will definitely shop here again for our appliance needs. Grand's prices were just as competitive with all all the big box stores here locally!

Called the 53rd Street store and purchased a new Maytag washer today. Mike made the process easy and it will be delivered this Friday. I purchased a freezer from them during the pandemic and was very satisfied with their service. Nice to have a good place to go for appliances.

Went in to meet Eugene on Wednesday January 24th with my wife. He had the details from our conversation from October 30th. Purchased the Speed Queen washer he recommended and they scheduled delivery on Saturday January 27th. Received a text on the 26th saying delivery would be 11:00 -3:00. Text received Saturday morning showing where they were and ETA. They arrived before 11:00, removed old machine, installed new and we are up and running doing laundry again. Delivery men Alberto and Phillip did a great job and were kind, careful and thorough. Great experience with Grand Appliance. Exceeded expectations, 5 stars +

I have been without a microwave for 4-5 days and wanted to get one today but decided to stay home due to extreme cold and bad roads. Called your Davenport office and talked to Nathan. He fixed me up with newer model of my old 12-year old whirlpool one. And am picking it up in my town of Durant in 30 minutes!!!! Great service!!!!

we recently bought a new CAFE induction range with 2 ovens. The whole experience from shopping for the right range, cost, delivery and product performance has been a very good experience.

Besides the range being fantastic with is induction cooking to the WIFI enable monitoring app, the sales staff were very helpful and the delivery communication/truck tracking was great.

This was our 1st Grand Appliance purchase but they will be our starting point for all future appliance purchases.

Hands down the best appliance store I've ever worked with. Robert continued to go above and beyond by providing me quote after quote on packages until we finally made our decision. Not once did he complain and even worked on a holiday to fulfill my requests. The installers were on time, friendly, and installed the appliance without issue even though they had to drill through my glass backsplash. For as long as I live in this area I will go to Grand Appliance for my appliance needs.

Two salespeople in the store on a Saturday. I only needed a filter for my refrigerator and could not get waited on for over 20 minutes before I walked out. I told the guy what I needed as he was printing something for another customer. Instead of grabbing me a filter he hovered over the people who were indecisive and just stood there as they were discussing their private business. This poor service happens every time I go there. Worst service ever. 😒
