Chuck E. Cheese

We've been to this Chuck E Cheese multiple times, but they've recently remodeled a bit and I really like the changes. They now have the littlest kid games sectioned off differently and have installed a little trampoline park type area with it. Today when we were there, all the games we played were functioning properly (an issue at arcades these days), the staff was friendly, and they had a salad bar, that although we weren't eating there this time, actually looked like a really good food option for adults, since we all know only kids enjoy the pizza here.

It's been a long time since I've been to a Chuck E. Cheese. We had our Grandson's 6th birthday party there. Just the immediate family. Got there about an after open time. Best time ever to show up. No crowd, Got to sit almost anywhere (there were others already there) and got food order in with quickness. The boy was having a blast. FOOD: Ordered one of the combo's. Pizza and a sampler. Was delivered to the table quick. Pizza surprised me. It was very good. The place was clean. We all had a good time. Will be back.

Since it was cold this year we decided to stay indoors for Halloween. Our original plans were canceled due to Urban Air being closed so we decided to go to Chuck E Cheese which wasn't very far. I forgot they opened the new trampoline area. So my kids was super excited about that. Although the socks needed to jump were $10 a pair there is no limited timeframe so you kinda get your moneys worth. Mo who worked the register was awesome! She was attentive, and went above and beyond to service my family & I. Thank you again🫶🏾

My granddaughter's 5th birthday party was there. It was a very nice facility and all the employees were very sweet. And the food was great. Thank you making my granddaughter's birthday so special!!

Excellent time with children and birthday party

Nice, very clean location. The staff was nice, which made the visit very pleasant. My children enjoyed their time, since now visits are timed according to what you purchase. I guess it is a smart move especially when people used to just hoard tables and not give other opportunities of sitting down.

I came a couple of hours before closing for my nieces birthday gathering. It was clean and the food was good. The games were good to play and the kids had fun. It wasn't too loud and not crowded so the experience was great for us.

This is the cleanest I have ever seen this place look in decades!
The manager only had 1 person working behind the counter and 2 others (cleaning crew) on the floor.
Although some of the games weren't working, the food was excellent and the service was outstanding.

I always love going to Chuck E. Cheese’s as a kid, I celebrated my birthday one time but sadly, Chuck E. wasn’t in the room. BUT, no matter the I still like it and their pizza is AMAZING!!!! May not be like the CEC vibes I had back in the 90s and early 2000s but it’s just as magical.

My niece had a blast it's been years since I last went the staff was friendly it wasn't busy at all just the way I 👍

They have really cleaned up the Fairview Heights location. My granddaughter had a blast running around. It was not very busy for a Sunday afternoon.

We had a16th birthday party there and our hostess was outstanding! All the staff was. Chuck E. came out and did the birthday dance with my daughter and her friends. We got the Star package which fed them all and started the group off with 1000 tickets. We upgraded to the All You Can Play for a minimal upcharge. Totally worth it if your kids like endless play! So the value was great, food was very good, and atmosphere was a lot of fun! Brought back memories of her birthday parties there as a toddler. 😭 Everyone had a great time! 😁

This location was great. All of the games in working order and Chuck E came out every hour or so which the kids loved.

Preston was working the prize counter and was very helpful and patient with my children, helping them pick out the perfect trinkets with their tickets. His positive attitude helped us achieve a truly enjoyable experience.

We will be returning to this location in the near future. Money well spent.

Jerry, the general manager, went above and beyond for me setting up my daughters birthday. EMMA WAS THE SHINING STAR!!! If I could give her 10 stars, I would! She's the birthday host and if you're scheduling a party here, REQUEST HER!!! She is kind, and cares about the kiddos!! Thank you so much for going above and beyond for my little light, being sure to make her day special!!!! :)

Came here for a birthday party and really enjoyed it. Been to other Chuck E. Cheese before but, this one was bigger, more games, great employees who were not only very nice but, fun! Very clean and will most definitely be coming back for future parties and family and kids get togethers. This place has fun for all!

Had my toddlers birthday party here. The hostess was so friendly and helpful. The experience was way better then expected. All our guest was happy and content. My children and their friends was happy and entertained. Chuck e was very friendly and cordial this time and the prices was fair. The pizza was seriously amazing the best around.

My wife and I took our two grandsons (ages 4 & 8) on a Friday night. This was my first visit to a Chuck E. Cheese in 15 years and was overwhelmed at first. Thankfully KK patiently took our order and explained the packages of food, play, and how to use the app. I'm sure she could tell I was somewhat confused, but she led us to a well-informed decision.

The kids had a blast and to see their enjoyment made it worth every penny.

I would like to add that I was impressed with the team members who did an excellent job of continually cleaning the tables, salad bar, and bathrooms. This was no small task considering the number of customers, particularly kids.

It has the classics and new games alike and this place is always clean.
