Perfect breakfast spot! I have visited PJ Pipers several times and each visit is met with warm welcomes, delicious meals, and great customer service. Each visit I ordered the special and could not recommend anything more. The pancakes are delicious and filling. Portion size is extremely generous, and I look forward to my next visit every time.

Wow! What a cute place with delicious food and extra friendly staff. We sat at the counter and got to watch all the food coming out of the kitchen! Can’t wait to come back and try some of the breakfast items we saw being served.
Portions were hearty, our beverages never hit the bottom of the glasses and the bill was available for Scan to Pay. The team here works well to make sure you have what you need and that the food is fast and delicious, as ordered. You could see the cooks, back in the kitchen working fast and non stop to ensure everything was fresh, accurate and prepared as ordered.

PJ Piper Pancake House on Washington St. in Cedarburg, WI ; has a Large Diversified Breakfast and Lunch Menu . I got the Eggs Benedict over Cornbread with a meat; Pico Di Gallo and Hashbrowns- very Tasty.My Son loved the Chicken Fried Steak , eggs and Hasbrowns. The Portions are large; the Service is excellent; and the Pancakes are big ! Mimosa's are served and every Breakfast or Lunch that I saw looked wonderful ! A delightful and quaint restaurant- I definitely will return !💖

One of my favorite restaurants of all time! If you can’t tell by all the MANY pictures of all the times we have eaten here, it is well worth your stop. I have tried almost everything on the breakfast menu and the best bang for your buck is the works skillet with a side of pancakes (included!).

Special place in our memories as well as I asked my in-laws for their “blessing” to marry my wife here. Homey, cozy diner that never disappoints.

I have never had a less than amazing experience here. Good comes out quick and delicious every time. The prices are very fair, and the staff is always kind. I wont go anywhere else for breakfast.

The food is great and the staff are all amazing. The only downside is that it's so popular it can take a while to be seated. I've waited up to an hour for a table before, but it's usually around 10-30 minutes.

Great food, great service. If they're busy, which they usually are (good sign), you'll wait, but it's worth it. You get your food fast, and it's good. Prices are reasonable as well.

I've never had something at PJ Piper's that I didn't like.
They are known for their breakfast entrées but I also love their soups and sandwiches.

Excellent place for breakfast!!! Staff was great and food came out in 7 minutes! We had the stuffed french toast and caramel cinnamon pancakes. So good!We love dining here and will continue to return!

I thought the place was awesome. Drove over an hour to get here and wasn't disappointed at all. The ladies were great, all dressed in their Packer gear. Lizzy our waitress was very friendly. Food was awesome. Small place from the look on the street opens into a very spacious dining area several rooms.

Best diner breakfast in the area! Wife and I love it, absolute staple for us! Never been disappointed and staff are always very nice. Greek skillet is personal favorite!

Best pancakes ever! This place is very much like the original pancake House in California but better! Skip the french toast but the pancakes are perfectly fluffy and the whipped butter and syrup was just heavenly. Nice specials for $6.50-$8 for a mini omelette and pancakes while we were there. The skillet was pretty good as well but I would try something else next time. Highly recommended. Would come back just for the pancakes!

Delicious food and fast service. Menu is extremely reasonably priced as well and the staff is very Friendly. Also they have updated their system to where you can pay at the table With Apple Pay. That is awesome!

What a great breakfast place. A must visit. I had the Texas Style Eggs Benedict, so delicious. Service was spot on too. The menu has something for everyone. If in Cedarburg again, I will definitely be stopping here again.

Wonderful place to get brunch and to get lunch or breakfast. It was quick to get in and service was excellent.

Our group had a little wait as they were very busy, but they treated my friend with a birthday FANTASTICALLY! Move over Mexican restaurants, PJ Piper is taking the crown on best spot for a birthday meal.

I was driving a friend to doctor's appointment in the area and saw the September special of french toast churros and thought "I wanna eat here before heading back to Illinois". This has become one of my favorite restaurants in southern Wisconsin. This is how I came to the alliteration of the restaurant PJ Piper Pancake House.

The Santa Fe wrap was really juicy. The waitress Liz recommended chipotle mayo for the fries. It had a small kick but what was needed. The fries are average unfortunately, but worked with the sauce.

The Denver omelette was hot and my friend would definitely be willing to order it again.

As for the reason I came in for the Churro French Toast was extremely crunchy and flavorful. The only recommendation I could make was that the icing was mainly over the first slice of toast so maybe just place the icing as you stack the toast up.

What it comes down to was great food, prices, and service with a healthy serving. There's not that many amazing restaurants but this one really stands out from the ones I've eaten at. Im looking forward to going back if im in the area.
