Dillard's

Very helpful Ready to wear women's department employee. They could definitely use more people on the sales floor especially with proms and graduations just around the corner. The managers I met were very friendly and not above helping wherever they were needed.
We will be back in a couple weeks.

Basically, my ONLY shopping store. ALWAYS have what I need, what I'm looking for AND what I didn't know I wanted.
Dillard's is generally always clean and the majority of the people are kind (most of them know me).
Dillard's could stand to dismiss their PROFILING and SECRET HARASSING.

I've always loved Dillard's. I've found many the perfect dress/outfit here and continue to go back. There was a huge shoe sale going on when we were there so there weren't people waiting around to help us. The elevator worked great with our stroller. The dressing rooms were spacious and clean and there was no wait for a room. I'll continue going back for sure.

Customer service was Amazing . such a friendly laid-back environment.
coming from a very social anxietied, awkward person who usually leaves public places with an unpleasant experience, i was very comfortable and treated soo well & friendly.
Also , salespeople were very helpful with decision-making , with great taste !

The sales associates were fantastic. They were very attentive but not pushy at all and were very knowledgeable of the stores products. We went there to pick up some clothes for my son's graduation and had an entire outfit put together in 30 minutes including shoes. Will definitely be back!

Anita helped me in the jewelry department and was such a pleasure to be around. She was very friendly and had great recommendations. I appreciate her and will be back!

I was in your store on Tuesday February 22nd had a Amazing shopping experience buying my both brothers birthday gifts…..The salesperson in the Ralp Lauren Dept was very professional & so helpful & polite his name is Barron Hollanquest…..Very Sharp dresser representing the company very well with a smile greeting everyone…..I definitely be back!

Barron Hollangwest was excellent in the men’s department. he was so helpful and couldn’t of been nicer. The store is also set up really nice and makes you want to come back.

Frank in big and tall and Becky Davis are awesome. These two helped my husband and I find exactly what we were looking for and made us feel like a priority. They brought the class back to shopping and had answers to all our questions about styles, sizes and availability.

When looking online for a ladies North Face, Nano puff jacket, it was available at Dillard’s. I contacted the Dillard’s at the STL Galleria. It was not available at that location but it was available at the Fairview Heights Dillard’s. The sales lady reserved it with my name and I drove there to pick it up on my way East, before Christmas. I did not have to order it online and have it delivered! That saved me a headache. I would like to give a LOUD shout out to Ms. Teisha at the Fairview Heights, Illinois Dillard’s location. She was awesome!

Frank, who works in Big and Tall Dept, has helped my husband and myself for many years finding or ordering just the right size...as he is 6'5 ft and tall. Frank is excellent at his job, and we appreciate him so much. Mary and Roger Munie

This was an extremely nice Dillard's. I haven't spent much time shopping in Dillard's because I thought it was way over my budget as a teacher, however, the prices are not much higher than Walmart and they have beautiful clothes for somebody that wears a 2X. I have a larger frame, therefore it is harder to buy clothes that look nice for work. Their clothes were beautiful and very reasonably priced. This store was clean and the help was friendly. I would definitely go back to this store and shop again.

I appreciate that this mall isn't a ghost mall yet. Hopefully, it survives COVID, online shopping, and whatever else is threatening malls these days. Although, this is last stage capitalism and hennything is possible. I bought a few things in women's athletic wear. The quality was nice and the selection was good. Service was good too. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I went to purchase some Dior makeup. I had the sweetest lady helping me. She really made me feel special. And she took her time and showed me some great products that I wouldn't have even thought about trying. Her name is Bosede. She is a lovely gem!

Buy far one of the best kept secrets in shopping! The store is so clean and organized. The staff are very friendly and make great suggestion, not always for the higher dollor either, but what is better for their clientele. Please if you need something give this Dillards a try, I promise you wont be disappointed!

Great service at the perfume counter. Ms. Lula has great customer service skills. She is a bright shining 🌟. Everytime that I come in she will give me that big warm smile. Thank you for hiring such an amazing woman.

I love the customer service at Dillard's. The cashier went out of her way to find boxes the size of the glassware I purchased and she took extra care in wrapping. 5 star service from both departments I purchased from!

The store is brightly lit, well merchandised with new, wearable styles. The petite department is a bust with "more mature" styles like polyester elastic waist pants and boring polyester tops. Very limited selection for a trendy petite woman. Difficult to find sales associates but we were shopping on a quiet Saturday night at 6:30. The women's shoe department rivals Nordstroms. Except it has cluttered boxes and shoes all over the floor where the sales people just left the unpurchased shoes. The men's department has beautiful causal styles with a limited men's shoe department. The handbag department was nicely organized. Beautiful bags! Much nicer organized than Macy's.

The associates in the junior dresses department were very helpful today! We got a beautiful dress for my daughter's dance!
