From start to finish, she was friendly, knowledgeable, was able to explain and answer my questions, and breezed through the process of moving data from my old phone to my new Samsung 24 Ultra! Calvin was so helpful setting up our new tablets, sadly enough we had an issue with a defect on the tablet cases, which he figured out what it was, We ended up actually having to go to the Grand Prairie Bemobile store to get the right case for our tablets. There, Dan and Tyler helped us get the right tablet cases. Overall, our experience was great from BeMobile with great employees that have not only the training, but the right attitudes to help the customers. Thank you guys for the great work!!

We went to the Grand Prairie Verizon Store in Peoria IL to get new phones today. Tyler took care of us and he was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, fun and very thorough! He got us all set up with new phones and cases. I’ve always said I’d rather get a tooth pulled with no novacaine than go to the phone store! Today’s experience made me eat those words🤪
