AT&T Store

Nate and Mason were spectacular! They were so understanding, professional, patient with our phone provider transition. They gave us their full attention with answering questions and understanding the phone plans. It was the greatest service I’ve received from an AT&T store and many other retail stores in the area. I plan on coming back to this store due to their amazing service!

Came to this store on Saturday and I had an issue with my service. Nate was awesome to work with, I handed him my phone and he had me out the door in a few minutes.

My friend Bart Harley Jarvis lost his phone in a really bad haircut accident, and we had to get a new one. I knew we had to act quick or else we weren't going to make it. This happened a week ago and the manager, Nate was his name I believe, helped us with ease. Not only were we in a rush to get a new phone, but we had to get to the hospital or else Bart Harley wasn't going to make it. We made it on time. Not only that but the people at this store were very helpful and didn't try to scam us like a couple of silly little guys.
Would recommend this location, very helpful and quick staff.

Braxton was very helpful when switching my phone over to AT&T he answered all my questions and was really nice

Nate was great! First he helped me choose a new phone and then he acted as a real hero. My car died and Nate helped give me a jump. I know if I ever have any problems, Nate is the guy to call!!!

Maurice and his associate were EXTREMELY helpful. I went to another AT&T store that was less equipped to handle my situation unfortunately, and Maurice was able to fix and handle my issues in a more than timely manner. This man deserves a raise for dealing with all this mess. Thank you again guys for all the hard work. Will 100% recommend this store!!!

Brandon was so helpful and friendly! I purchased two phones and he made sure I knew all of the current deals. He was great to chat to as I waited for him to activate my phones. And he was super patient while I made my decisions! The store was clean and everything was well displayed.

The manager and district manager patiently helped me with the data transfer between my new phone and old phone on two different visits. Really appreciate Mr. Lock’s and the district manager’s work to help me get the transfer done across multiple visits even though it was difficult at first

Nate was awsome. He knew exactly what I needed with what I was asking for and made it happen. He needs to be promoted bc he always puts the customer and their needs first.

Fantastic service here! I wanted to upgrade my phone to the new 12. Isaiah greeted me warmly and helped me through the process quickly. I asked questions about the upgrade deal and he was able to answer everything, plus he helped me learn my new phone features. Highly recommend this store. They are friendly and don’t try to oversell accessories if you are on a budget. Great experience.

The techs at the Grand Prairie store in Peoria, Illinois are top notch. They were confronted with an unusual and puzzling issue . They were patient and persistent and ultimately successful. Can only recall Nate, but the other techs were equally SUPER helpful. This should be your place to go to for product and service.

Very Helpful service! I believe Jonas is the one who helped. I brought in my mother who is not very tech savvy at all as she wanted to switch providers and get a new phone. Jonas saw me struggling to explain the difference between phones and plans and came fast to help. He was a great help and a trip I thought was going to be a headache ended up being a smooth trip. Plus she loves the phone!

Tyler, Carson, Lily were wonderful in assisting me with a set up and making sure that I was satisfied and comfortable with my new device. Very patient since I am not technology savvy. Job well done.
