Fratello's Deli & Cafe

The atmosphere was so quaint, the menu was boundless (with unique and authentic items), and the food was absolutely scrumptious. It was also very affordable and the service was genuinely accommodating and friendly. I tried to ring the “thank you” bell but I broke it instead; they reassured me that they would fix it and assuaged my guilt and embarrassment. They also had a fridge full of frozen pizzas, pasta dishes, soups, desserts, and more that you could buy to go. I loved it here and I can’t wait to come again! Hopefully next time I won’t break the bell.

My wife and I recently stopped by Fratello’s Deli and Cafe for dinner and there is no shortage of items to choose from on the menu. With so many choices, we went with a breaded steak and Cobb salad. Both were extremely good and we would definitely order them again but not before trying a few more enticing choices. For me, breaded steaks are either really good or really bad. This one was cooked perfectly, just the right amount of sauce and smothered with cheese and hot peppers. It was hard to resist the grocery coolers where they have take home meals, deli salads, cheeses,etc.

As you walk in, you can see where your food is prepped and made as you order which I think ads a cool vibe to the atmosphere. There is a dining area to sit if you want to eat there. Everything was very clean as well.

The staff was friendly and reviewed our order to make sure everything was correct which is something I always appreciate and see as a positive. As we finished eating, the owner Marco thanked us for stopping in and made sure we were happy with everything.

Overall, Fratello’s is absolutely a place that we will visit again and start digging into more of their menu!

OMG!!!! Their sandwiches are so good, I also got Olives 🫒 and Tortellini salad. Everything was great. Definitely have to return. Drink was from Open Bottle Craftbeer Store next door

Close to I80 and Harlem Ave (Rt 43). Nice place to dine in or carry out. Uses frat ingredients- family owned with Marco usually on site.

I’ve eaten at Fratello’s numerous times. Awesome food!!This time I had the meatball sandwich which was delicious but the pot roast is my all time favorite!! Customer service is top notch. Love this place!

First time visiting this weekend. We've come from MD to Tinley Park twice a year for a convention and just stick with food we've brought or hotel breakfast. This. Was. A. Perfect. Stop. I got the Veggie Power Bowl. And it was delicious. I didn't even use the sauce it came with. Very filling. My husband got the Chicken Chipotle Wrap and it was large and tasty, he said. Highly recommend!

Food was very good and filling. 10-20 bucks on the prices and no combos but no regrets either. Ordered the classic chicken, fried steak sandwich and Cajun pasta and I must say all the food was delicious. Couldn't finish it all between my woman and I. Oh and the fries and crispy and also delicious best fries I've ever had hands down. Wish I didn't live two hours away. I'd be a frequent customer.

The food was great! We ordered pizza and fries although the menu was so extensive we would definitely go back to try something else. The only issue we encountered was receiving the wrong fries. We ordered the blue cheese fries without bacon and they gave us an order with bacon. Staff were accommodating in fixing the mistake and made us a new batch although this time around it was the wrong fry order entirely. I believe the mistakes were made due to how busy they were and for good reasoning. The food is great and I would recommend this place to others despite the mishap we experienced.

Been wanting to try Fratello's for the longest time and today they did not disappoint. My wife got the Chicken Parmesan sandwich and I had the Muffuletta sandwich. Both were amazing. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this establishment. I would have posted pictures, but our daughters started eating the moment I opened the bag!

Had a great Italian Beef with mozzarella cheese. Seasoned perfectly.

I love this place, my father also does. Food is great but service isn't... IT'S EXCEPTIONAL! Very friendly, courteous people. Always welcome us and call me Dad by his name and ask how he's doing. Sandwiches, wraps, paninis, pastas, ex. are great. Their soups are awesome, I'm picky on my soup and maybe 1 out of 12 that I had was only good and the rest were excellent. Stuffed green pepper and Italian wedding are the bomb, highly recommended. Last but not least, they have prepared meals to take out and cook at home. I've only had 3 or 4 of them but all were very good.

We placed an order for carry out over the phone today, May 27, and the woman (can’t remember her name) was honestly so sweet and helpful. When we picked up the order it seemed to be only two women working, one on register, putting together orders, processing payments and taking call in orders. The other one was high tailing it in the kitchen slinging out order after order! We even added two items to our order when we got there and the woman on the register didn’t mind one bit! The food is PHENOMENAL! Everything is so fresh and filling! I haven’t had one thing I don’t like yet!! This is one of our new favorite spots to eat from & I am soooo looking forward when we can dine in!

Just found this place early this week and I am glad I did. I live about 40 minutes away but the company I work for now has a yard down in tinley so I was just typing in "food" in the maps app for lunch, this place never came up so for months I've been eating subway 3 times a week. We found this place by accident and this will definitely be the spot I'm eating from now on. The food is top notch, staff is great and the desserts are some of the best I've had. I don't have a single complaint about this place. They even have pasta and sauces you can take home and cook for yourself. I'll be bringing the wife over here to try it out soon.

My best friends had Fratello’s at their engagement party and omg was it AMAZING! We were so impressed with the food, we just ordered catering for our family Christmas party. Would definitely recommend to try this place out!

Large variety of items on their menu. The Buffalo Bleu burger was great, as well as the eclairs. My family enjoyed their food and we made an impulse buy of bake at home tray of lasagna. This is definitely a place to go back to.

Had lunch with our Son! First time for me and my husband! My Son had a few visits with another officer and liked the food and service! We enjoyed the sandwiches and our visit too!

This place is amazing. Highly recommend. The food quality is impeccable and is clearly fresh made. The pizza is the closest thing we’ve had to true Italian pizza since we were last in Rome. Our entire office loves Fratello’s and typically orders it once a week. I’m now grateful they are on Uber Eats now due to the pandemic and being able to order it while staying home!

Love this place. Food is incredibly reasonable and they use top shelf ingredients. The 2 to 4 pm beef special for $3 is worth it. Smaller sandwich but stuffed with beef pouring over the sides and fresh provolone and giardinara. Will be coming back without a doubt.

This deli/cafe recently opened up. I grew up Italian-American and was happy to see this new place pop up near my work. I have been in four times and have not been disappointed yet. I have tried two pasta dishes, a sandwich, and a soup/salad combo. Everything spot on. There is also a small market which has been convenient to pick up a handful of items on the way home. Friendly people. Try it!
