Al Piemonte Buick GMC

Purchased my first used truck. Sales team was able to work with my budget, let me inspect whatever I desired with no hassle before purchase. Gave me a truly fair trade in value for my vehicle. 14 hours after the truck left the lot the fan stayed on and thermostat for coolant temp wasn’t moving. Contacted salesman O.T, he put me through to the service center to Justin. He agreed I should bring it in. Wasn’t able to get there till 3 days after this happened. Had it diagnosed, thermostat needed replaced, repaired and back on the road that afternoon. They took care of the bill no hassle since it was fresh from the lot practically when the issue initially occurred and really took care of me as a customer. I would absolutely recommend them. Happy to give business to people that don’t treat you like another dollar sale but a valued customer! 5/5

While it's never easy to spend $6000.00 to repair a car, I want to compliment you on the service and value you provided. Your Parts Manager did a very nice job of getting the cost of parts down and overall, with extra work, you were lower in total price than a local, private shop. Communication was great and I chose to do some work I had not planned on, based on the advice given to me. I am glad I was advised of a few recommended procedures as spending a little bit more will hopefully prevent other problems down the road (pun intended).

I'm a DIFFICULT customer. I just am. The salesman there JR made my new vehicle purchase like a Hallmark movie. Honest. Fair. Kind. Patient. I really can't ask for much more. I highly recommend that salesman. The guy in accounting got me out so quickly, he was great too. So good. I think i got out of there in 15 minutes. It was a world record. The vehicle is wonderful. They even filled it with gas. It was classy. The only thing i didn't like, was that the marketing people listed the car online for less than I thought it would be because they put down EVERY discount imaginable so that was misleading and i didn't appreciate that. But, JR explained it to me, in such an honest and kind way, i overlooked it. They are lucky to have that guy.

I was pleasantly surprised dealing with the folks over at Al Piemonte GMC. After trading some emails and a phone call during the week, I walked in and out of the dealer in 2 hours flat with my lightly used 22 Sierra. No gimmicks or surprises when I got there and they gave me a fair offer on my trade. Do your homework so you can be realistic and straightforward with these guys and it seems they’ll do the same with you. I worked with Manish, Joe, and Andre and wouldn’t hesitate to engage them again.

Found the truck I wanted online at Al Piemonte. Living several states away, all business needed be handled by phone prior to flying up to get the truck. Manish handled all this perfectly, personally taking and sending me pictures of what I specifically asked for on the truck. Negotiations were easy and we had an out the door price agreed upon prior to arrival. They did not even charge my card the deposit I was giving to hold the truck. When I arrived at the airport Oscar had one of the porters pick me up and Oscar was waiting at the door for me when I arrived at the dealership. He had the truck up front and ready for me to drive. After a test drive and inspection, Oscar had all the paperwork prepared and taken care of as quickly as possible. The finance manager Andre was pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable yet low pressure on the extended warranty sell. Overall great experience from the team at Al Piemonte Buick GMC.

I could not rave about this place enough, truly. I came in as a graduated college student with no credit history, but OT had my back the whole way and got me the financing and monthly payment that I needed to drive out of the lot with my Toyota RAV4! I could not be happier with the ease of buying I experienced here. I drove over 3 hours to purchase my vehicle. I called before I left home to first of all make sure the vehicle was available and if I could put a deposit to hold the vehicle. I was immediately told the vehicle was available and it would be on hold until I got there per my request. I received a text and even a follow up phone call on my potential arrival. Once getting to the dealership I was immediately greeted by the sales team and manager. I test drove the vehicle with my salesperson and she made sure that all my concerns were met.
