This place is awesome. I was shopping locally at dealerships and wasn't treated appropriately. Andy, the owner, took my call and told me about the inventory at Toy Factory. I was looking for something fast and fun, he got me in a 911 that wasn't listed yet. Not only was he respectful, he worked with me to get me approved so I can pick up the car as soon as it was detailed. Wired him the money and was in the car the same day!

Bought a Silverado from them over a year ago. I've had no issues with the body work or paint. And I'm extremely picky. Process was easy and simple. I did have one issue with a body part that was replaced. The issue had nothing to do with them but the manufacturer of the part. They replaced it free of charge, no questions asked. They are great company to deal with. I'd recommend them to anyone and I plan on buying from them in the future!

I lived out of state and was very busy, He was very quick to respond and easy to get ahold of even after hours. He was honest and upfront with all my questions. We purchased the vehicle without even seeing it and he shipped it to me no problem. We have owned it for 3-4 months now I think with no problems. We will be getting one again in the future. Best customer service you can get hands down. Andy met me after 10pm on a friday night when i got there. Excellent guy to work with. Had a few things with the vehicle that werent up to expectations and was a little disappointed with some of the paint work as i noticed it in the sun when i arrived home. I informed andy on the couple issues and he was fair in helping resolve and correct it. Car was rebuilt so expected some imperfections. Very rare for a dealer to stand behind there work and try to correct it after the sale. Would recommend to anyone and will be looking to do business with again. Customer service 5/5, overall quality of work 4/5.

This was the first time I purchased a vehicle on line and without seeing it in person. I was a little uneasy but the car was exactly as Andy described it. He was also very organized and made the transaction go smoothly. The car had been damaged but you can not tell as the repairs and paint matched perfectly.
