My experience dealing with M&L imports

I was a little skeptical when purchasing a new car because of previous experiences I’ve had in the past dealing with shady dealerships... I looked online and found a 2006 Chevy Monte Carlo which I fell in love with by the looks of the pictures. I put in an application expecting that I more than likely would get denied due to my poor credit history. Marcos reached out to me and assured me that he would work with me and get me in the car I wanted. I Came to the dealership two days later and they still had the car I wanted. I test drove it... did my minor inspections on the car and I didn’t see any signs of mechanical neglect. Under the hood was clean and i purchased my own car fax which matched the car report they gave me for free. Marcos got me approved for my car and also got me a warranty which covered 48,000 miles with a low car note, even less that what I told him I was willing to pay. I have had the car for about 4 months now and til this day NO PROBLEMS... i just got hired at a new job which I will be raking in some good money and I will be coming right back to Marcos to get my next car. Get down to M&L and see Marcos you WILL NOT be disappointed...

I was in such a dyer need for a new vehicle and the day I walked into M&L Imports i left the lot with the exact car I wanted. I was serviced by Mike and he made sure that I was 100% happy with the car I left the lot with that day! Everything was done in a timely manner and I didn’t have to wait around all day for the approval process. Mike made sure that I fully understood everything and that I was comfortable with my decision! He even went the extra mile to work out deals for me! I will definitely be coming back in November for my upgrade car and will most definitely be referring other family and friends to M&L Imports! I recently purchased a used car from M&L Imports and my experience was exceptional. I do not have good credit and have been trying for a few years now to get financed at other dealerships. M&L was the only dealership that was able to get this done for me, and at a reasonable rate as well. I dealt with Gino and Phil and they both did everything in their power to make sure I left with a car that day. The service was amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and also confident that I would be able to finance a car through them. I went in to test drive an older Jeep Grand Cherokee and ended up purchasing a Lexus RX 330. I never expected to be in a car this nice but the most exciting part is that they were able to get my monthly payments to be lower than I ever expected to pay. I needed a car asap. I got turn away from the lowest of car lots. But when I called mike. He assured me I will drive that day. And that I did!! Mike made sure I got a car I loved not just need!!! He did EXACTLY what he said he would. The owners here are amazing as well. Mike wanted to have my truck double checked before leaving the lot...and the owners gave me a loaner for the weekend until they looked over my new truck..(just came in on the lot). The customer service here was absolutely amazing from my salesman mike to the owners. I would recommend anyone in need of a car burned some help....go here!!! They actually care about their customers!!!!

Recently bought a car from M&L Imports. Couldn't have been happier with the outcome. They gave me above average for my trade-in and made the transaction very simple and speedy. Gino, one of the owners worked with me the whole time and Luis in financing wasn't pushy when I told him I was gonna use my own bank for financing. Sometimes people worry about going to a smaller dealership, but these guys are first class, they have great prices and a good inventory. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

This place is Awesome. I recommend any looking to purchase a car to come here. The salesman Chase was so determined to get me in a car. He had to do a magic trick to get me a vehicle. It was a long day, but at the end of the day. Chase did his job. I ended up leaving with a BMW 5 Series 535I... All Luxury. Thank you M and L Imports. I will be sending more customers your way. Bought a BMW X5 from M&L Imports 3 Friday's ago for the wife. Jordon and Gino were just GREAT. These two guys are the BEST salesmen I've ever dealt with. Worked with us until both parties were satisfied with the numbers. I was so impressed that a week later I went back and bought a BMW 328i Hardtop convertible for my self. Though that was a little more complicated THEY put me in it. I would recommend this dealer and ask for Jordan or Gino. This TEAM is the BEST. Just brought my son here today (Tuesday) and he bought 2015 Chrysler 200 with all the bells and whistles. I spoke with my guy Gino and he got the ball rolling. Mathew did his salesman thing (great) and of course Ryan the man, got the financial portion done. All in 2 hours. These guys (Gino, Ryan, and Mathew) are THE BOMB. As I said and will continue to say I recommend this place all day everyday.

I recently bought a used car from M&L Imports for the second time. I had such a positive experience last time, that it was a logical choice. I feel I got an extremely fair price and they even were able to finance me at a rate lower than what my bank offered me!! You really take the fear out of buying a used car.

I came in here after already going to numerous car dealers. They got straight to the point of what would be required of me to finance a car with them. They did everything they can to make sure I left with a vehicle. There customer service is phenomenal and I recommend this dealer to anyone on a hunt for a vehicle. While looking at the cars they have there I noticed that there in great condition and have LOW miles.

I went in hoping to get a Nissan but I walked out with an Audi A6 thanks to Chase. He’s kind and uses his great personality to help you walk away happy. He told me “customers getting there problems fixed is what I’m here for. Not to create new problems” and that’s exactly what he did. I feel secure with the car having no problems that’s to them working with car fax and without no questions asked fixing the small scratch on the window shield. Excited to pic up my Audi tomorrow. Literally just got home from this place & I drove away with a 2013 Nissan Altima. My boy Rick helped me out through the nerves & all. It's a big commitment to purchase a car, specially when you only put down $500 and expect a car. BUT he made it happen! I know a lot of these reviews people may think they are made up.
