Had a great experience here at the Brookside Marketplace location. First time buyer with Mattress Firm.Their associate, Amy, was absolutely fantastic. She was super polite and patient. Super knowledgeable and answered everything I has questions about. Great suggestions without trying to overly push more expensive products. Amy was even answering questions over the phone on her off days. Give this woman a raise please .

My wife and I walked into Mattress Firm not knowing what to expect. Its only every so often you buy a bed, so I feel like every time you do the entire industry has changed. Carl was incredibly helpful in helping my wife and I determine what type of bed was right for us. He asked us the right questions, helped us sample different beds in order to find a match, and after just a short while and some nice conversation, we were able to find the perfect bed and felt only helpful guidance from Carl, no pushy uncomfortable sales tactics!

If you've bought mattresses before that you've later had regrets about, if you feel out of your comfort zone shopping for a mattress, if you feel like you need some guidance or you'll just end up with another mediocre mattress but don't want to deal with a pushy salesperson to utilize that guidance, go see Carl! We felt very well taken care of!

L’Oréal was phenomenal with helping me select the best mattress that met my criteria for what I look for in an ideal mattress. She was very knowledgeable, and she patiently answered all my questions.
I had looked at other places that were more costly, and the sales staff was pushy.
They did not offer the level of customer service like what I received from L’Oréal at Mattress Firm.
