Great experience! First time here & it did not disappoint 😃 Parker was an amazing budtender! He was super friendly & informative! I never go in with a plan lol and I like it that way. He suggested some very good products & told me what he liked. Prices are super reasonable & I love all the deals! Don't forget if it's your first time there, you can save money for being a newbie 😉 definitely one of my new favorite places! 💚

The lady helping was so sweet. Her name was jaz and helped us get the most bank for our buck when I came in with a few of my friends. Really appreciated her.

My boy Parker was very helpful and very knowledgeable! Couldn’t say no to his recommendations. Definitely checking in from now on. Telling all my peeps from Chicago to stop in and shop.

This dispensary is one of the best ones in Kalamazoo. And we have quite a few. The selection of items and flower is substantial, the prices are decent and the loyalty program is on point. Highly recommend them!

Budtender “D-Hoop” offered stellar customer service! Truly one of the kindest people I’ve come across in a long time! He was very patient, often reminding me to take my time, and very knowledgeable. I felt the love from all the staff, but D-hoop made a lasting impact on me.

Overall first time experience was excellent! I love visiting a dispensary that has a vibe ♥ This was definitely a hit for me especially visiting from Chicago,Illinois.
Walked in and right away was greeted by D.Hooper. He knows exactly what he’s doing and recommends the best products! He was super friendly and made my first purchase easy and worth it!
Will be visiting again soon.

Update * I was expecting more vibes the 2nd time 9/8/2023
I was excited to get my free item for posting a review and was so excited to what was in store. I was given a free pre-roll that was harvested in 2022… I was expecting more like the first experience D Hooper threw options and gave me recommendations. This time i did not get to choose and didn’t appreciate the product that was given. Wasn’t enjoyable and wasn’t fresh. I’ll still return, but only for 710 product nothing more ,nothing less..

Drove up from CHI couple weeks back and was my first trip to, "The Refinery". Not sure if I'll ever consider any other store but this. D Hoop there is the man. I walked in, told him what I was looking for and he was spot on with everything.

Appreciate you again D, will definitely be back.

D-Hooper was an incredible Budtender for my first visit to this store! He had excellent customer service and made us feel right at home. The prices are amazing and the bonuses like a free pre-roll for first timers is awesome! 10/10 would recommend

It was my first time there but definitely won't be my last. The shop has a nice selection of products for a very good price! The staff was very friendly, Jaz was more than willing to take the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I hope she is there to help me next time I go.
