Nate is awesome with a bright smile! He changed my windshield wipers and both of my brake lights! Then he came and showed me that the left side was on the way out. Nate also tested with me the brake lights to show that the lights were installed correctly! Did I mention it's cold out! He's awesome! Awesome! Awesome!

I honestly always come here for car accessories and car parts and they have amazing service and you feel welcome. Just today I went in and checked out my battery for it to be changed. I was helped by a gentleman, he tested my battery and told me they didn’t have it in stock.
I was pretty upset that they didn’t have it in stock and until the other gentleman Nate came back from his break he told me they did. and he actually checked for me and said i got you do not worry you will be on your way happy and satisfied. I was waiting almost an hour trying to figure out a ride until I figured something out. My car wasn’t turning on at all and until again Nate one of the workers came back from his break he helped me through it all.

This my second time visiting this AutoZone in less than a month. The first time was to check my engine light and battery. Charles is amazing!

He found an after market device on my battery, which was draining it, and he took that off. My car starts up every time now.

Today he tightened something on my windshield wipers, and now they work perfectly. He helped me with so much professionalism and kindness.
I appreciate the great free service.

This has been the 2nd trip I have taken to this specific Autozone and why if there are others within minutes of my house am I driving to one 25minutes away bc the staff is amazing. Nate had already clocked out for the day as I arrived, he could’ve told me that he was not going to help me but he didn’t. He stayed and assisted me with my vehicle and kept his word about helping me out if I ever showed up with an issue. Going above and beyond wo being paid. Oh my god please do not go here if you want actual help. That guy Charles or someone literally helped me out with my car issue that I thought I would have to put so much down and instead saved a lot. Ugh he’s so annoying for that. Honestly don’t go here.

When you go to this location ask for a man named Mike. This guy helped me install a bulb on a cold night at the end of his shift. In pouring rain with lightning Mike was able to install the bulb in a timely manner so I could get home safely. Mike offers nothing but the best intentions and will handle any issue with care. Ask for Mike!
