I went to trade in my CRV and had a great experience with Jaime Havrilla who is a wonderful bilingual (English/Spanish) sales associate and Sean the finance manager. I was shown the Audi I was interested in, got to drive it, got a great trade in value for my Honda and Sean was very straightforward when signing all docs. My experience was excellent.

Had an extremely pleasant & hassle free buying experience yesterday at Larry Roesch Dodge Jeep Ram. John Phelan was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable in my wants and needs in buying a new jeep. Wound up getting everything I wanted and more. Couldn’t be more satisfied. John was able to answer every question we asked. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to jam the up sales on me when I told him I wasn’t interested in them. I have bought a few cars in my day and none compare to how great Guri and the Team at Rosche CDJR were during my buying process. We stopped by on a late Friday afternoon. Took my jeep to Roesch to have warranty work done and Jessica was awesome.
