Heather was amazing! She friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me figure out the best phone for me, that fit my budget, and that had a promotion going on that allowed me to get a tracker device for a very low price. I will definitely be going back and asking for Heather when I go to get my Samsung watch. For anyone reading this.....ask for Heather!!!!!!!!!!

I was switching to T-Mobile 4 cell lines from Verizon and internet from MediaCom to 5G. I was very nervous about loss of service during the transfer process. Heather assured me that it would be seamless & spent the time to successfully bring the lines over. She gave me a list of information I need to have before the transfer and that was very helpful. I’m pleased with T-Mobile so far but the 5G Internet is spotty at times. I ordered a booster, so I am hoping that would help as I’m experiencing a number of buffering throughout the day.
I should also mention I am saving $110 a month on my bill for cell service & internet.

I had a very good experience last week at this store. Heather and Kevan were very helpful, even when the T-Mobile billing system went down and they could not get my phone set up. They were very nice and easy to talk to, the best experience I have ever had buying a phone. Will never go to another T-Mobile besides this one.

I came in to upgrade my iphone. Kevan was very helpful, he set up my new phone. he was very nice. Tyson was very helpful and gave me a lot of information on my phone. They are awesome, I had lots of laughs.

Heather helped my sister get a new phone and trade in her old phone at first they were having a lot of trouble because my sister is still with sprint and they had a bit of trouble with trading the phone in so then Heather did the harder way and made a ticket to trade my sister old note 8 in so she could get the s22 ultra the really expensive one with everything lol ty for helping my sister out xD
