Arrived at the location, Antonio was at the front desk. What great customer service. He welcomed myself and family to the hotel. Very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are very clean as is the hotel. Had a great stay. Will be coming back.

A beautiful setting greeted me after a long drive, and the registration staff were great. It was a hot day so having my beautiful room at a perfect temperature was truly appreciated. I was in town for a family wedding but had to return home the next morning so a good night's sleep was needed. It was so quiet throughout the hotel that sleep wasn't a problem even though the parking lot indicated there were many guests. And speaking of the parking, there were plenty of spaces in line with the entry, so I didn't have to walk a long distance. Overall, WELL DONE Doubletree Hilton Wood Dale, Illinois.

My wife needed a bath tub so we asked for bath tub and got it. We had a good time.

The bed was super comfortable, and it’s located very centrally to many towns nearby. Deana was great. I arrived mid morning, but check in wasn’t until 3. I needed to dress before a meeting, and she worked really hard to get into a room in time for me to change. The breakfast buffet was good. I do wish they had a pancake or waffle option since it costs $15. Gym is a little
Subpar, but the peloton bike makes up for its shortcomings. There was a pool, but I didn’t see it. Overall 5 stars for serve, bed, and cleanliness.

Like most DoubleTrer locations this one didn't disappoint with fantastic service upon entering and a hot, fresh cookie! Free parking is always a plus this close to the airport and city, and the food and bar was great. Rooms were ok but could use a little updating. I'll definitely stay here again.

Great hotel Its Close to the airport has a nice courtyard. The indoor Big pool has 3 sets of stairs to get in and out. front desk agent Leslie was amazing she was very helpful and super friendly!!

I was here for 4 days I didn't try the breakfast, the dinner was pricey, however extremely tasty and with hefty serving sizes so I wasn't upset. The staff was extremely pleasant. And the drinks at the bar was good and strong. Room was clean & well stocked.

I also caught a slight irritation with front counters night staff, because he chose to follow his policy ( if you see this I am so sorry) and he still went out of his way to make me smile. He alone is 2 of these stars!

The building is really old but what building isn't in illinois. And if coming in by airport, a shuttle is available but I'd recommend and rental. It's about 17mins from ohare, 30 - 1hour with traffic to the city, and about 53mins to the south suburbs. Which if your not from here I suggest you avoid.

I loved my stay at the Hilton Hotel Chicago. The members at the reception were all cordial and friendly. The rooms were neat and clean and very well maintained. The room service was also good. I would highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable experience.

I stayed for one night and it was fantastic. I arrived early and Sharon at the front desk was able to let me check in early. The staff was very accommodating and nice. I was also able to check out later the next day. The rooms were clean and the bed is super comfortable. A great experience...thank you so much.

Amazing hotel. My fiancée accidentally booked an extremely sketchy hotel, so at 11pm we needed a quick alternative for a one night stay. Found this place as one of the cheapest options and it was near our convention center, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The location is beautiful, very private and next to a cute small pond. The lobby was very nice, and the front desk person was extremely kind and even gave us freshly baked cookies with our room keys. The room was large, comfortable, stylish, and clean. This place saved our trip and we would love to stay again!

Clean rooms professional staff. I do want to shout out night time front desk Darius and Josh the bartender for their quick response during my allergic reaction!!! They helped and checked on me for the rest of my stay. Much appreciated because I hate traveling alone.

This place was amazing. It was #mommysonstrip and me and my sons enjoyed every bit of this trip. Of course they wanted to swim in the pool and we did that EVERY DAY the staff was so sweet and kind. The rooms were clean the water in the main entrance was so good and cold I couldn't get enough of it. The cookies they give you when you come in was delicious and warm. Thank you for being so kind to us while we stayed ❤

Very nice rooms away from the city. Really enjoyed my stay in the rooms have microwaves, refrigerators, comfy chairs, and comfy beds. Can’t really ask too much from a hotel.

Stayed on 10/16/21. The room was clean and modern looking. You could smell the freshness when you walk in. Pool was amazing. Went for my daughters 13th bday for a sleepover. Her and friends had a great time! I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family! Keep up the great work. All around conformance night.

Customer service here is fantastic! Traveling for a soccer tournament with 50+ families. Dawn at the front desk has been extremely helpful and accommodating. Check in was easy and they offered to extend our stay if necessary with a late check out because of the game schedule. The rooms are large and clean. We needed extra blankets and towels and they were brought right up to our room with a smile. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

My fiancé daughter and I have been coming here about once a month since Valentine’s Day just for a little get away. Everyone is super friendly (especially Jojo and Luke) their pool is always a great temperature and a good size. Highly recommend if you need to stay for a few nights or even just for a nightly get away every once in awhile. They’re amazing at keeping every part of the hotel extremely clean.

Everybody was wonderfully polite and pleasant, plus there was a really good sense of rapport among the staff which I loved seeing. Rooms were super comfortable and well priced, and the toiletries are actually phenomenal smelling and feeling!

Breakfast was also excellent with really enjoyable service. My only recommendation would be to add a way to turn the shower on without having to try to dodge the cold water :P. Wonderful stay.
