I shop alot after i leave work and right before they close, which is midnight. Staff is always courteous and helpful even though I'm sure they want to get the heck out of there! I baked them a dessert dish today to show my appreciation!

Yolanda at the Deli department was such a sweetheart! She went out of her way to help me at the bakery department. Because there were no one at the bakery at that moment.

I got a turkey & pepperjack sandwich from the pre-made deli section today. Not sure what kinda bread it was on but it was the best sandwich ive had all year.

I LOVE THE NEW COMPOSTIBLE PRODUCE BAGS!!! 😍 HOPE YOU KEEPS THESE AND MAKE THEM AVAILABLE AT ALL STORES!! I WELCOME THIS CHANGE!! Hope all stores would do the same too!

I got three vaccine shots at this Jewel today, and Caitlin in the pharmacy was very professional & efficient.

This Jewel location is very clean and organized. They have a good selection, and are rarely out of stock of any of the products that I normally buy, which I had issues with at different Jewel locations. Their produce is always super fresh and their bakery items are as well, not to mention they're delicious! This Jewel is in a very convenient location, and they have plenty of parking. This is definitely one of the better Jewels in the area.

Store was in great shape. There were employees that were near in case I need to ask questions.

As always, some really good sales. Had a sale price ring up wrong. Took receipt back issued refund no problem. Called first & customer service was friendly & helpful.

Has been my go to grocery store since I moved into the area about 3 months ago. Prices aren't to bad. Facility is always relatively clean. Plenty of options. And staff is always helpful.

Majority of staff is kind. Store is clean and organized. Deli and Bakery items are well-made and have a wide variety.

During my short and quick visit to this Jewel, I noticed how clean and organized this location was, compared to some others. While I was only there for 4-5 minuets I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience.

This place is always amazing. I've lived in Elk Grove most of my life, born and raised. This Jewel-Osco has provided me with cakes for birthdays, cards for distant relatives, and the customer service is superior to every single supermarket I've been to in my whole life. The pharmacy staff are extremely informative and nice as can be. The cashiers are always polite, helpful, and eager to have a short chat whilst paying for your goods. I love this place and recommend coming here above anywhere else within the community or even the region. 11/10.

In my experience, very few issues except a few younger staff members tend to remove their masks and face no repercussions despite walking past and talking to many other employees even the managers. Rarely food will be past due and fruit can be ripe. In general though, very helpful staff, clean environment and I applaud how many opportunities they have open to those with special needs.

Jewel's staff is very friendly. The Elk Grove Village store has done a great job of offering more plant-based items and having them on sale. Thank you!

Well staffed and departments are set up is easy to follow.
Clean and well stocked.
Management and all associates are professional and welcoming.
Checkers with good personalities and humor get you in and out.
Pharmacy services are professional and personal.
Thanks and shout out to Caitlyn, Dan, Kevin, David and Jessica who always seem to remember everything and will go the extra mile to recheck medications call physicians, give injections and answer phones all with positive energy.

It is a clean nice store but I find their prices much higher than most stores.

Had a great experience with the store manager. I had a really minor issue, but he insisted on taking care of it anyhow. The place is always clean and the long term employees are very friendly or efficient. I've been shopping here for >2 years now.

Zach behind the deli, was wonderful. I asked him to make me about 20 bite size servings for my child that has sensory issues with food. I felt bad asking him, but he was so kind and patient. I really appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to help out.
