Dunkin'

Very clean and nice Dunkin. Service was friendly and we got great tasting fresh doughnuts even though it was the end of the day.

Most if not all of the workers there are friendly, and smile when interacting with customers. I went one day, needing to use a coupon that would soon expire and found they closed early with no signs up. I let customer service know, the manager contacted me and explained the situation. She took my name down for a free drink since the coupon was for a discounted coffee. When we got there, the worker recognized us from coming there almost daily and offered an extra coffee in addition to the free one to make up for the inconvenience from that day.

The staff the was so helpful and patient with our large and exhausted group!
The cashier in training made a few mistakes but was doing very well for her 2nd day and the trainer was extremely patient with her and to us, which created a very peaceful and stress-vacant atmosphere which was definitely the best part!

I don't give 5 stars EVER. There was a young lady that helped me with my free latte. I don't like bitter stuff at all and I've never used all my freebies there. She was a great help. It tastes yummy n super sweet. I also bought a bag of munchkins. Down side they were literally almost outta donuts. They maybe had 2-3 dozen MAYBE. But only like 6 kinds. All the ones I wanted they were out. I was also under impressed with the munchkins. They used to be a baker's dozen (13) for so much. Now they are only 10. 😣. Disappointing. Also they used to have cream, custard n chocolate filled, but no longer. Those were my favorite. Service was the best n kindest I've seen ANYWHERE in such a long time. Wish it was closer. I'd go just for the service!!!! Sorry I forgot to get her name. 😣

I am very proud of my staff. They have turned this past year around and focusing on customer service. We love our guests and want to make your experience perfect to make you come back.

Dunkin is better than Starbucks change my mind

Love the employees here, they are awesome. They were out of donuts one day, so they offered me a blueberry muffin which was very good.

The cashier was very sweet and knowledgeable. She created a deliciously sweet caramel coffee for me after I asked for a syrupy coffee help-me-stay-awake special.

Came here Easter afternoon, the guy was very helpful and accommodating. They were out of a lot of the donuts we wanted, but they still had good options available.

They know me here. Lol I just wish they would stop burning my egg and cheese wraps! I love this entire staff. They even hold a conversation with you while you are in the drive thru on the way to work. Very friendly!

Very nice, an employee remembered a friend I was with who hadn't been there for awhile. Donuts were great and so was the coffee.

The workers here are always wonderful as I count out my change to pay for coffee & donuts. The pumpkin coffee thingies are so so so good.
