I tried calling this branch to find out if they had notary services. After many prompts via the automated answer service, I eventually got a message saying they were busy and to call another time. Dismayed, I started to write this review. Then, the branch called me saying they missed my call and could they assist me… nice work Chase. Thanks for answering my call and letting me know if you had a notary on-site (they don’t). You saved me a trip on a frigid winter day and recommended branches that do offer this service.

They actually pick up the phone this Chase!

I find the staff at this branch to be particularly helpful. I like banking here and the location is very convenient for me, as well as having access to Chase branches when I am traveling.
