Staff at this store are always friendly and the pharmacist, Ali, does a great job getting my prescriptions filled quickly. Highly recommend.

Walgreens at Bannockburn staff makes me feel like I am going to my local friendly neighborhood pharmacy. Every staff member is extremely kind and helpful esp to me as I am a caregiver who needs to be in there to get multiple medications on a regular basis. Their kindness, responsiveness and proactively looking out for my family has saved me many a time. Everyone from Eileen who is the first person you see and is the friendliest person I know and truly seems to care about you. Ali and Rupal are pharmacists that go above and beyond to help me with my numerous prescriptions and crazy requests. Thank you all!!

The pharmacist, Ali, was incredible giving me my Covid booster. I am vasovagal and I am SO grateful to have found him. He was calming, friendly, and I immediately felt comfortable. I can't recommend him - for anything - more!

This place is such a hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is super friendly and professional. Other times it’s the opposite. Some of the staff are rude and lack professionalism.

Usually okay but when they lose a prescription (or, as seems to be norm, fail to check voicemail) they have a tendency to blame the provider -- claiming it was never called in.

Pharmacy staff is miserable. Never a smile, never pleasant to work with. I try to kill them with kindness every time I go there and still they are miserable. Switching to Mariano’s and CVS for pharmacy needs. This is a tough job but a little smile and kindness would do them some good.

There were 7 cars lined up in the drive-through at 4 pm. The first car was there for 15 minutes while 6 cars waited. Why can't the pharmacist park a delayed customer so the rest of the line can get through without having delays?

I complained at the window and the pharmacist offered NO apology, instead saying "Good luck going anywhere else!"

There's a Mariano's pharmacy right across the street from this WAG with better customer service.

I called the pharmacy to transfer my prescription over to this location because I just moved to town. Joy picked up the phone AND WAS SO RUDE RIGHT OFF THE BAT! I asked her to tell me when my prescription would be ready and she said "check back in in a couple of days" I explained to her that I need the medicine ASAP and she said to check with the Deerfield Location. I asked her if she would be able to check for me if they actually had it in stock and she hung up on me. I am definitely going to a different location.

Terrible Terrible Terrible experience with the photo department of this store! I came to pick up order which was ready one hour ago, and when I got it I found they are separate photos instead of books. The staff said he didn’t know they should be books(Come on, why you didn’t know, can you read?) He told me it can be ready in 10-15 minutes. I thought ok I will wait. After 10 minutes, I came to the counter and was told I need to wait for another 15 minutes! What, are you kidding me. They just said it is the way it is, it takes time! Oh my goodness! These guys are not serving costumes, you need to serve them. They don’t case wasting your time. They don’t care to ask you come later. And most importantly, they are rude! I just express my frustration and they told me they can cancel my whole order. Ok, you win! Don’t come to this place if you don’t want headache and frustration. I complained to the store manager and she was not helpful for even one little bit. The most awful experience with any store ever!

I called in to see when my prescription would be APPROXIMATELY ready and Joy the pharmacy manager told me she didn't know. I asked if it could be approximate today or maybe tomorrow. She told me to call back later which I did Joy the pharmacy manager answered again and was rude and completely out of line is an understatement. Hope these calls are recorded. So many issues, whether the pharmacy or the photo counter, or the front checkout. Not sure why.
