Lampert Electrical Services has been a trust company I've used from time to time over the years and they never cease to do excellent work and are not only prompt and available, but very accommodating as well as highly skilled and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone. While slightly expensive, they still offer excellent work and great concern for the dollars spent.

Joe came over and upgraded my panel. He was punctual, courteous, and professional. He took the time to explain the procedure and completed it flawlessly. I am very pleased with the work and will enthusiastically recommend Lampert Electrical Services to my friends and family.

The electricians they sent were both friendly and professional. They explained my options well along with the estimated cost for each project so I could make informed choices. Their work was high quality and I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure it was pleasing as well as functional.

Lampert Electrical Services is the only one in town that actually showed up exactly when they said they would. Jimmy was professional and courteous, and he even fixed a couple of things that were not a part of my original problems. I will be using Lampert Electrical Services in the future for any of my electrical needs.

My experience with the service person from Lampert Electrical Services was excellent. He arrived on time and was very professional. He explained what he found wrong and gave me several choices to choose from in order to solve the problem. I would definitely refer others to this company.

Please read their main website and be warned that Lampert Electrical Services doesn’t actually have a set of employed technicians. Rather, they contract with several independent electricians around your area. My experience with Lampert Electrical Services was so unpleasant that I had to triple check that they are a legitimate business. In a nutshell, I found their good reviews so I decided to stop by at the Plainfield, IL location to inquire about a quote in person. Imagine my surprise when I arrive and the location is a community swimming pool!

So I call the number to check on this and the lady I spoke to did not even acknowledge what I told her about the weird location but we agreed to schedule a window for a technician to stop by the next day from 9-12pm CT I even got a confirmation email so all was good. The tech was supposed to call 30 mins prior to his/her arrival.

The next day arrives and by 12:35pm, the tech had not called nor arrived. I ended up calling the main number again and the best “explanation” is that the tech just sent a notice at around 12:20pm indicating that my house “is too far” and will not be able to make it!? So my house did not suddenly teleport and everything was confirmed but now the no-show and no-call is due to distance!? I pushed on this and the lady then changed the narrative to indicate that “sometimes techs are asked to stay at a job until it is done and so maybe that was the case.” That’s fine but I just moved everything in my morning to accommodate the window of 9-12pm but NOBODY thought to call a potential customer with the update? Why does it take a call from ME about 35 mins later?!

The lady mentioned that they are trying to find another tech that will accept the job and that’s when it hit me that Lampert Electrical Services actually doesn’t employ it’s own electrician so you’d be lucky to get one that is on time or held to certain standard.

Attempted to utilize Lampert Electrical to replace a breaker in the electrical box. Unfortunately, was provided a timeframe 2 days in a row to service but no one called or showed up. When I called for a update, the call taker could never provide any status other than to just to keep waiting for supposed tech to call, which never happened. Decided to move to another company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

Called for a small job but there is no way around the $99 on site charge. I exactly knew what I needed replaced and they did not give transparent pricing over phone. I avoided and found someone on Taskrabbit. Much cheaper and not shady.

I made an appointment 3 days in advance for an 8-11 window. They told me that day to keep my phone line open the morning of my appointment in case the tech is calling. I got a robo call the day before telling me the same thing. Nobody ever called or showed. I called at 11:15. They said they will contact the tech to call me. I received no call. I wasted 1/2 of my day off waiting.

I had set up an appointment 3 days before service. My appointment was set to be between 10-12. After waiting till 12:30 and hearing nothing I decided to call to see where things stood. I was told that they would contact the technician and get back to me. After an hour I decided to call again and was given the same message. After another hour I was finally given a call by a different technician, one that wasn't supposed to be servicing my house. I was told they couldn't get a hold of my technician. I was given no explanation other than they couldn't get a hold of their technician. I understand if they needed to reschedule but waiting hours and leading me to believe that my appointment was still happening is terrible business practice. If they would have just told me from the begining I would have been able to schedule with another electrician as I took the day off of work just for this.

I wanted to use them for my gas station. They gave me a slot of 2 to 5pm to come at 5.30 they told me they can't come till tomorrow. My whole gas station was shut.

Just another subcontractor from Premium Home Service. They will send out any subcontractor that's available. Go with a company that employs it's own workers.

They want too much info and credit card info and PREPAY 140.00 fee before they even show up !! Never of that kind jazz.
