Mrs. Carole is such a lovely person! I enjoyed talking with her while she braided my hair. She was gentle and did not braid tight. I contacted her by text, sent pictures of how I wanted my cornrows and she responded quickly setting my appointment. I look forward to having her braid my hair again.

I called Saturday to get an appointment for today and I was able to get in. I drove a hour and 55 minutes to get some medium knotless braids and I am truly satisfied with my hair. The owner Carol and both the other ladies were very professional and they all made me feel so comfortable. Carol started on my hair a lil after 9 and braided it so fast and it wasn’t real tight were my head was in pain, the second girl took her time finishing my hair up and it was so neat and just how I wanted it. I was done a lil after 3. I have found me a new place for my hair needs and I will definitely be back.

Carobright braiding is amazing I’m glad that I found her as my braider I feel like we have become friends and she does a great job when doing my hair. I've been going to Mrs.Caro for almost 3 years and she always does an absolutely beautiful job.

I love it here. Where I live there are no beauty supplies so I always had to travel at least 45 min away for black hair care products. But this place is much closer very clean well stocked and up to date if you know what I mean. I've been to so many overstocked supply stores with dust on the products and no prices. Everything here is well laid out and very clearly priced. They have all kinds of hair, hair care products and accessories.

My experience here is always amazing! The service is wonderful and I leave beyond pleased every time!
I get so many compliments on my hair and I always send them to Caros website.

Caroline is just so amazing. I bet you will never regret coming to her to get the best experience. She always make sure she and her team keep you as comfortable as they can while you are being braided. If you are able to communicate what style you want, it always comes out perfect and if you have no idea what you want she always comes out with suggestions that suits you. I always enjoy my time there, I will recommend her again and again.

I'm from Missouri but was heading to Chicago to attend a funeral.I found CaroBright after a google search of African Hair Braiding near Plainfield,IL. After reading all the great reviews from her site, I called her to make an appointment. She was very punctual with calling me back and getting me an appointment time for the day I would be arriving. My sister decided she wanted to get Senegalese Twists also and Caro was gracious enough to get s both in at the same time. Before we arrived, she called me to make sure we was on our way so she could get the hair prepared for her to start as soon as we arrived. Caro and her coworker worked so well together that we both was done within 5 hours. I will definitely use her services again and would recommend her to everyone. Not only was the experience awesome but she did an great job with our hair!!!

Soo needed my hair done and honestly I'm really picky about letting anyone in my hair so when I googled some places this was one that popped up i started calling numbers and i knew instantly from talking to her over the phone that she was more than equipped to do my hair the way I wanted and not only did I get what i paid for she was more than accommodating as I brought my 11 month old daughter with me she held and fed her while braiding my hair offered us food and more I'm moving two hours away this month and I'm gonna keep coming back for her to do mines and my daughter hair she's truly the best 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

Caroline did a wonderful job on my box braids. She took me on time and finished my hair sooner than I expected. She was so nice and made wonderful conversation. I am thoroughly pleased with my braids. I went to her based on her wonderful reviews. I see why she earned them. She even took the time out to show me how I can style my new Braids and explained in detail how to care for them. Great experience and I will definitely be back!

Oh my God, Caro did an amazing job on my hair. I just came back from vacation & my previous beautician did a horrible job on installing deep wave weave on my natural hair.. I looked up the top braiders in my areas and Caro’s braiding salon popped up and she was God sent. Caro was patient and took the time to understand what I was looking for and stayed late the same day to redo my hair & I just love it.. I would highly recommend Caro for any of your current or future hair care needs.

I recommend getting your hair braided with Caroline. I received Goddess Knotless braids and the quality was perfect! She was so gentle and no tension on my scalp which is always tender. She also had me out the chair in about 3 hours. The service was great as well! I felt comfortable with her and her sister braiding my hair. I plan to return. If you’re looking for a braider in the Plainfield area I recommend Caroline.

I found CaroBright via a Google search amd went with her based all the positive reviews and I'm glad I did! I was expecting to spend most of my Saturday getting braided but when she said 4 hours, she meant 4 hours! I was in at 7:30a and out by 11:30a. The ladies were very nice and welcoming and they operate like a well oiled machine with one person starting the braids and another(in my case 2) finishing them up! Would definitely recommend visiting these ladies. Oh and did I mention, this was the most painless braiding experience I've ever had as in no pain at all!

Very nice person! Her braiding is so neat and quick! Great and very reasonable on prices! Very flexible and accommodating! I texted her on Monday and my appointment was immediately booked! She was also very quick! She started on me at 5:30pm and was done by 8:00pm and I booked an appointment for jumbo twists! I will definitely be back! Give her a call, I promise you will not be disappointed!!
