Mr. Joseph is super nice, he’s always so helpful and my friend that is a local is always telling me how he is helping her with things and being overall really sweet. I won some money on a scratch-off there, and he always has white claw lol

If I could give him zero stars I would. I just had the worst customer service ever. I've been coming in here for four years purchasing wine and spirits as needed. Because he did not have the Glögg wine I was looking for tonight, I decided to just play the lottery for my husband who is a Navy service member (hence this being our go-to package store). Imagine my surprise when he asked me to step outside in 4° weather to fill out the play slip. I am a lottery newbie, so I did not know what I was doing. Nevertheless, I will never patronize this place again. He was rude and then told a lie that he was the new manager, when I rebutted that he's the same face I've seen in here for years. Liars are the worst.

Timing online said it’s open till 12. Showed up at 11:30 and it was already closed. Waste of time & gas. Would recommend going somewhere else.

The owner is so rude. I remember when they initially took ownership of the store he was a very pleasant man but over the past couple years his attitude has become terrible. I hope he sees this review and works on his customer service skills.

It's a big shocker that this guy is still in business for such a long time. This place is not only overpriced but the customer service is the worst. Both owners dont know a thing about alcohol. Why even open up a liquor store if you cant recommend a single thing?
