My family recently had the pleasure to work with Hollrith realty. We were so impressed with how they handled the sale of our home, we asked that they also become our buyers agent. So, this review comes from both perspectives. First, the real estate market is crazy right now. The volume of inquiries, sales, offers, etc is extremely high. That said, somehow Scott made us feel comfortable, important and we never once felt rushed. Even when we wanted to look at properties that were a bit far from Grafton, there was no issues and Scott was always on time. Also, we appreciated that when Scott was with us, he was dedicated to us. We witnessed many other agents with their clients still taking calls, texting, etc. Scott never did that to us once. We really appreciated the advice, expertise and guidance throughout the process. Scott truly had our back and we never felt as though he was just trying to complete a transaction. Overall our experience was excellent. Thank you!

Will Hollrith was outstanding in helping me find not just a house but a home. He was very knowledgeable regarding the basic structure of the house such as remaining life of roof, types of pipes, basement foundation, age of water heater and furnace etc. No detail was too small.

I knew what I wanted and wouldn't settle for less. I looked for several years not finding exactly what I want but Will didn't get frustrated just kept showing me more properties that seemed to fit my bill. If I found one but he saw defects he said so and advised against buying. I have never met a more honest trustworthy person than Will.

We chose him because he was the #1 realtor in the area - he sells all the houses in the Grafton area. He was a pleasure to work with as part of a complicated corporate relocation. He was beyond thorough, on top of every detail, communicated well with us at every step of the process. Our relocation company had many rules and hoops to jump through and he was outstanding. Cartus, the relocation company said he was the best realtor they have ever worked with! we has some problems pop up right before closing and he went out of his way and used his network to get things taken care for us.
