They took me and immediately and I was paired off with someone who really listened to my needs.

The phone that was in need of was no longer being offered but they gave me multiple comparable options to choose from.

They were able to provide me with details regarding the alternate phones and was very patient with my decision making.

I cannot tell you how absolutely wonderful Anthony was to me in exchanging my beloved Pixel 8 Pro.
I had a very bad (VERY BAD) experience with another T-Mobile store, who not only sold me a used phone, but a used phone that was broken.
The Jackson Michigan store was recommended to me for a warranty exchange.
I was welcomed warmly. I was treated with kindness and respect.
I was issued a replacement phone that was brand new and works perfectly. And I have never been happier.
If you need a new phone, I can highly recommend the Google Pixel 8 Pro. Best phone ever !!
And I doubly recommend Anthony as your sales rep.
He is professional, knowledgeable, articulate, warm, friendly, and will make sure everything is ok before you walk out the door.

If you go here, FIND DIEGO!!! I'm sure there are others that will take good care of you, but Diego WILL NOT LET YOU LEAVE until you are 100% satisfied! We were not family when I walked in there 3 weeks ago, but we are now! Diego is a rock star!

Super fast service and great customer service! Adam is very knowledgeable and quick at his job. Working with him was the first time I have ever experienced a carrier rep NOT being super pushy and basically forcing me to do whatever plan or buy whatever phone they want me to. He is also great at tailoring how he speaks to you to match the situation. Before helping me, I heard him helping an elderly couple who were confused about how their router works and he gave them very simple, clear instructions that they easily understood.

Diego assisted in porting me over from AT&T and was very timely, attentive, and explained everything thoroughly. He made it a very positive experience and was able to get me in and out in an hour. 10/10 recommend.

Made an appointment with Diego to switch over from AT&T. Switched over 4 lines. He made the process super smooth. Saved us over $100 a month. Highly recommend if you have AT&T to make the switch to T Mobile and ask for Diego. He’s amazing at what he does! Thank you Diego!

I just wanted to say. We were there Saturday 6-10-23. Trying to switched phones from Xfinity and we ran into so many issues. I was really hoping to keep the same number that I've had for over 15 years but at no faulf of anyone it just did not happened. However, Diego was wonderful and really tried helping us. He helped us get the best deals there is to get and I was able to walked out with a new phone for me and my son and a new updated number. I had to just let go of my old number. Which I was OK with. He was great the process took 3 hours, but he was very helpful with us and we appreciated him. He definitely deserved a raise. 😊 Again Thank you Diego...

Diego was absolutely awesome when I brought my 3 lines in and wanted to switch from Verizon. He made the process seamless. I ended up adding a whole new line, so 4 total and am paying less than what I paid for Verizon. He also gave me everything I needed to get reimbursement for the device payments still owed to Verizon. His customer service is top notch and would definitely go back when I need new devices or have any questions. Thanks again Diego!

Adam was a huge help! After dealing with customer care trying to port phones over for 4 hours unsuccessfully and with a lot of stress, we paid a visit to the store, he had everything working for 7 lines and hooked up my inlaws with home internet in less than 45 minutes. He had a great personality and was very friendly and efficient. This man deserves a raise, he knew exactly what to do with no hesitation. We will visit him for any future needs, and will not use customer care unless absolutely necessary. Again this man deserves a raise!

Excellent customer service, would have given 10 stars if available. Diego had helped my husband and I with all our personal/business needs. Not only was he able to help us with our needs but he educated on other ofifucts and services that we could really utilize. He helped us save over $400 a month by switching our accounts to T-Mobile. Professional

I can't express enough thanks and gratefulness for the customer service James provided for my wife and I today. We got my wife a new phone and there was a hiccup with the order she made online 3 days ago. James called them and got it resolved. He was 100% the best advocate for our situation with TMobile. This is the reason people stay loyal to a company (literally 25 years by way of Nextel, Sprint and now TMobile). I highly recommend James and the Jackson, MI TMobile location.

I was in this store today and everyone was so friendly and helpful. As I sat there waiting for my appointment I observed a individual berate an employee and cause a scene. His rudeness was over the top and the employee was so polite to him. Every employee was kind and courteous to the individuals they were helping. It was truly a positive atmosphere!! The guy who helped me was awesome in answering my questions and getting my phone back in working order. Thank you!!

Very nice people. My wife had Sprint and they are rolled into T-Mobile and Sprint's old network is being phased out. T-Mobile offered us a free phone that would work on their 5G network. Unfortunately, the store clerk who waited on my wife did not explain things very well and scrolled right down the receipt which was printed in microscopic print on her tablet and directed my wife to sign it with her finger. When we got home my wife saw that she was being charged a leasing fee for a phone that was supposed to be free. Also, my wife had sticker shock for the monthly service charge. We spent several hours on line, on the phone, and another half hour in the store trying to cancel the new service and have the service put back on her old phone. My wife got mad and cancelled everything. They charged her a restocking fee they didn't tell us about. My wife was fuming. Then their system wouldn't process the return and put her activation fee back on her card. Finally, the manager explained that the lease fee would be credited back to us (not sure when) but (eventually?) the lease fee would zero out. If that had been explained at the beginning together with the monthly charge we'd have a 5G phone. But by now my wife was furious and cancelled everything including the phone service she already had. Eventually, they told us that we would get a credit on the next bill from Sprint minus the restocking fee. So, be patient, read the receipt before you sign and ask lots of questions.
