I drove two hours one way to do one of these shipwreck cruises. And it was MORE than worth the time and money!! Even if we did not hover over two amazingly preserved and COOL(!!!) Shipwrecks, the beautiful ride along the coast alone would have been worth it! The tour guides and ship hands were incredibly friendly and willing to answer any questions. For folks out of town they were also very handy with recommendations for other fun things to do in the area or good places to eat. Absolutely great for kids or adults alike. Try to go on a sunnier day, bring sunscreen, snacks, and water as it is about 2 hours for the whole thing. Bring your camera and take photos and videos of the beautiful coastline and be on the lookout for wildlife!

Went on the glass bottom shipwreck tour in Munising! The ladies doing the tour were fantastic! I was unsure about how much you'd be able to see on the tour, but I was pleasantly surprised! The crystal clear waters made it easy to see the bottom on the boat!

Our kids thought this was the absolute coolest thing. We rented a pontoon boat for the day and you could totally see the sunken ship between the buoys that are set up in the cove. You can see it from the boat but the kids also wore goggles and jumped on for a better view. They thought it was awesome!!

Awesome to see a fully intact shipwreck. We were told there aren't many of these to see in the entire world!

This is such a great place to visit! You are out on Lake Superior for 2 hours. With the lake's clear water you can see the shipwrecks right below you. You learn some cool history along the way too.

In the middle of Murray Bay within Grand Island. Short kayak trip from the ferry parking lot. Wreckage is only 10ft below the surface of the water and very visible. Tour boat frequents the spot so when it arrives you must give them the right of way. I spent 45 mins circling above the wreckage after the tour boat left and had the entire spot all to myself. Minus a couple pontoon boats parked beached on shore I actually had the entire bay all to myself. Very cool spot, highly recommend.

We went in the morning and the water was so clear to see the shipwrecks and also the water was calm. The staff of the cruise was very informative and made sure that everyone had a chance to get pictures and videos. Great experience!!

Great staff, friendly and accommodating. Boat does not give you views of pictured rocks though. Do not expect the pictured rocks. The shipwrecks were interesting to learn about, though the water was too murky to get good pics/views. Was a comfortable boat ride on a warm day. The island and light house were beautiful! Would recommend if you'd like to get out onto the water on a budget.

This is a cool shipwreck that is in shallow water and can easily be snorkeled. We rented a pontoon boat and spent some time checking it out. We also did a glass bottom boat tour of this. Our kids loved seeing a real shipwreck up close like this.

Literally a ship from the 1800’s 12 feet underwater. The lake is incredibly clear that you can see so much detail of the wreck from your boat. Well marked and easy to find.

A amazing wreck to see. I recommend renting a boat to see this but glass bottom does a great job to 10/10

I had seen this wreck years ago. In my opinion it's the highlight of the Munising Glass bottom shipwreck tour. I recently went with friend in their boat to view it and got a much better view, from in the water. Come check it out, bring your mask or goggles.
