This is one of those places that its very confusing when you read the reviews. And i have seen more of those in the industry. Its about your luck. Staff was nice and i got a door about 2 hours before appointment, was loaded very quickly.

Always ready with the documentation you need. I pick drop and pick up a trailer every Monday and they are always on time.

Favorite Americold location that they have. I normally arrive about 12 hours early at night. They will load early if it’s at night, they also have on site parking. Staff is always nice to me, they load quick also.

This place is awesome. Checked in at 0530 for a 1600 appointment. They gave me a door at 0800, loaded by 0830 and gone. I wish all americolds were this driver friendly. The one I deliver this load to won’t take you more than an hour early, they have a huge parking lot and won’t allow you to park overnight. You can park overnight here, and they have limited parking. So kudos to this place.

If you're going to be late, call ahead. They understand sometimes drivers run behind. They will try to get you in. Very friendly staff. Restroom and overnight parking available.

Got in and filled out the sheet, got a door quickly and loaded on time.

On the way in I didn't have much to say but once you talk , the office staff is real nice with Mac and cheese, coffee and dog treats for driver and thier dogs respectively. Weight was accurate too. Made me miss Wisconsin since I dont get here much anymore.

Also a clean restroom.

This place is awesome. They allow truckers to park overnight, I did not see a restroom anywhere. If you have an apoitment early in the morning. It's awesome to come straight here. People are NOT mean here and they unload very fast. 30m - 60m. Overall amazing experience. I wish every company was like this one. Nothing but positive experience.

Nice place quick loading and overnight parking.

Super nice people. I was five hours late for p/u, thanks to the a-holes at AMC in Rochelle taking 7 hrs to unload me. I arrived 5 hrs late and was worked in without issue. There is a restroom in the shipping office and they allow overnight parking. My favorite Americold by far!

Everyone in the office was EXTREMELY nice! The warehouse was fast in loading my truck! Snacks, drinks, even dog treats were made available for the drivers! I went to the bathroom and they had chap stick, shampoo, and conditioner available along with soap!! THIS IS TRULY THE BESTTTTT SHIPPING AND RECEIVING place I’ve ever visited! I honestly didn’t want to leave! Better than any Truck stop I’ve gone to! Thanks Americold for the experience!!!

Our company goes in here quite a bit and always get in and out very quickly, I like the fact that they have coffee and all kinds of snacks for the drivers inside the office and their attitude is always very cheerful.

Loaded 1 day before appointment, overnight parking

Very friendly staff! Always trying to get you in and out swiftly, Just make sure you have your appointment number and know your appointment time, Make sure to precool your reefer.

Showed up a couple hours early for my 23:00 pick up appointment. Let me check in early and stay in the yard. Then 20 minutes later I got my door. I wish we had more of this type of efficiency at shippers. This worked out very well.

Friendly staff, easy backing. Over night parking for 10 trucks along the fence. More on the drive between cold storage and McCain. Washout next door open 24h. For DH empty lot and possibly additional ON parking just past washout on the rhs. Scale and ts 10 miles down the road

From check in to papers in hand, one hour and ten minutes. Save yourself some time, precool your trailer, they will not load you until you're 10 degrees. Loads are 0.

They have overnight parking along the fence check in before your appointment time most times you're done in 2 hours. If they have a lot of rain the parking lot floods out. All in all a pretty good place to go pick up
