This is the most wonderful store! I’m always received with the warmest welcome. It feels like family. They are thoughtful in their recommendations and helpful in troubleshooting any difficulties encountered while ordering an item. The customer service is always above and beyond. Really great customer service and shopping experience. The staff immediately greeted me and helped me find the exact outfit that I was looking for. They let me know that DTC apparel runs a bit wide and long so I was able to purchase the right sizes without trying anything on. The clothes seem to be very well made and hardy which is essential living in Port Washington. I'll be sure to pop back over again for work clothes, fishing gear, etc.

We like shopping at this location. The staff is so amazing. Stopped in on Saturday, and we had the most helpful gentleman help us. I wish I had gotten his name. He has glasses and was wearing a blue t-shirt. He was able to look up our past purchases to help us. He helped us find the product and explained all of the specials going on.

This place is great. The people there are friendly and helpful. The clothes are high quality and the No Bull guaranty is second to none. I work my clothes extremely hard and that guaranty makes the extra money I pay well worth every cent. I now buy all my clothes here. Everything is top notch. I can not say enough good things about Duluth Trading Co.

Always find quality clothing and other items. They offer a good selection with various size and fit choices. I never leave empty handed. I live in a part of the country without Duluth stores and although I can order online it is not the same as the hands on experience.

Lots of variety, good quality products and friendly staff to help you! I walked into the store to a chorus of hello's and wished I had more time to stay and shop. I had just intended to see what they had but they were so nice I didn't want to leave so soon! Customer service makes all the difference! Will go back with more time for sure! ❤

Unique clothing store located in Port Washington Wisconsin. Friendly, helpful staff. They offer some great 'outdoor' clothing, shoes and boots.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Great seasonal sales. If product is not in store, they will contact other stores and have product shipped to you. So very helpful.

I know the picture isn't the store, but it's the downtown section of Port Washington that just glows outside the front entrance of the store. To make it better, the beauty extends to a well laid out, clean store that has a staff filled with knowledge about their products and helpful suggestions for how to mix and match items. They don't work on commission so they are not forcing a purchase but boy do they know their products and sizes the carry. Jenny has been helping us for several years and continues to amaze with her "can do attitude." So stop by, you'll spend money, but it's quality, durable merchandise at a fair price. More importantly, it's a staff that still believes in service.

This location is not only stocked with all sizes but the customer service is second to none! Any staff member who passed me acknowledged us, and offered to help. Carol was amazing, she not only assisted my husband with things he needed but was concerned for me for I walk with a cane and offered to put a chair wherever needed it. I live on the Chicago burbs, have a Duluth 15 minutes from me, we are loyal customers for many years now but this location and Carol went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing shooing experience and we did!
