Bought a 17 Acura and we noticed a small oil leak a month after purchase. They sent us to their mechanic and backed it before they even knew what was wrong. Fortunately, it was only a defective oil filter but I appreciated them taking care of it.

They let me take my time and look at the car without pressuring me. Gave me a good price. Were friendly with the paperwork. Cleaned it all up and delivered it. Love the car. I'd use them again without hesitation.

I am a no nonsense kind of person, and I question everything especially when it comes to vehicle purchases.
My daughter who by the way lives in Indianapolis, Indiana was in need of a used car. She narrowed her selection down to one car, and she asked me to inspect it for her. I was glad to do it, because the last automobile she bought was purchased, because it looked Pretty.
To make a long story short, I went to the dealership (Jackson Auto Co) in Jackson, Michigan. I was immediately surprised to find that my daughter had arranged for the vehicle to be available for me to inspect.
The owner greeted my wife and I and introduced herself, and provided us with some background of the car. Ms. Linda provided me with access to their service garage, where the service manager (Rick) made my under vehicle inspection happen. Who does that nowadays? I was totally blown away. We found 1 minor item wrong and, Ms Linda, promised me that it would be taken care of before it left the lot.

Today (8-24-23) Ms Linda, and one of her staff delivered the car to my daughters house, in Indianapolis.
I am totally amazed by the lengths in which (Jackson Auto Co) went way above and beyond any of my expectations.

This is my second vehicle purchased at Jackson Auto. The first one was a 2010 Honda Odyssey about 5 years ago. I still have it and still runs great. Regular maintenance is key to having a reliable vehicle. On March 30, I purchased a 2018 Toyota Sienna LE. Another great experience with Chuck and Ira. They took care of all of my concerns with the vehicle and now I’m a proud owner of a beautiful van.

We bought our vehicle from here. Great place. Felt like family. They stayed late on a Friday to let us test drive a vehicle. After we agreed to the purchase, they were great about communication and kept us in the loop on everything. We took advantage of their car delivery service as we live over an hour away. They dropped it off later that week and I signed everything. Great experience. Will recommend and use them again in the future.

They were great to work with, first of all they stayed past their closing time as I was coming from an hour away and only got there about a half hour before they closed. I traded a truck for one on their lot, they delivered the truck I bought to me and took the other back with them. They even mailed me a couple things I forgot in the other truck that I wanted back. Everything was simple and easy, thank you again!

It was such a great experience buying a vehicle from Jackson Auto. Our salesman Ted was very professional and helpful. Donnie was so accommodating with our car purchase. We had some body work done on the car we purchased and because the body shop had it longer than expected- Donnie waived our small portion we had agreed to pay toward the work. My fiance and I were new to the car buying game, so we went through the Spring American 1 Auto Sale. Three other salespeople approached us and were pretty pushy, but Hayden from Jackson Auto Co. approached us and he was great. He didn't push us to spend beyond our budget, but as first-time buyers, we were kind of nervous and indecisive, so he pushed us just enough toward the car we were really considering. And we're so glad he did, because we love our new Ford Focus! Ira and Don helped us through the actual purchasing process, and they were both so amazingly kind and patient with us.
