If you're having any doubts about buying from this dealer, then don't! They are the first honest and upfront dealer I've ever bought from. I flew from North idaho all the way to them for a certified denal yukon. Their pricing was very reasonable and competitive and Mark Bradshaw was amazing! Mark was honest over the phone about everything from start to finish. The yukon was exactly what he described over the phone and was perfect. Even though I live over 2000 miles away, this is my new dealership from now on. Thanks, guys!

A Service Advisor welcomed me by NAME when I drove up. Very Impressive. (It had been almost a year since I was there last!)

Their new scanner system checked out all of my tire tread depth and their alignment as I drove into the service alley. WOW!!

My car was ready well ahead of the time they said it would take and I was taken to the cashier by my original Service Advisor. They washed my car on top of it;

Their waiting room was very clean offering regular and decaf coffee and tea as well as bottled water. The bathroom was unisex and very clean.

We have other GM Dealership choices in our area, but Jim Winters Cadillac has been our 'go-to' dealership for our seven and eight year old (non Cadillac) vehicles since we moved to this area! They have set a very high bar and we recommend them to everyone.

GO SEE MARK BRADSHAW! 🌟 He was fantastic!!! I have been looking day and night for a Denali Yukon XL Duramax for MONTHS and as we all know they are insanely hard to find right now! I found this one online and while I had been hoping for new this one had only 14k miles and had EVERY OPTION I had wanted (which you can’t get right now when ordering new such as the rear entertainment.) I immediately called and spoke to Mark. I live in Kentucky and am 12 hours round trip away so I did not expect things would probably pan out doing things over the phone to justify taking a chance to drive up with plans to buy a vehicle I had never seen in person. Mark was SO kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. Within just a few hours we drove through the night to Michigan and picked up this beauty! It was immaculate just as Mark had described. Mark even had it detailed again for me before I arrived and filled up the tank! 💖

My son and I drove in to trade in a vehicle, and they even looked at my truck that had been losing air. Terry the service advisor took excellent care of me and Melissa in sales got my son in his new lease- not sure why the other reviews were less than stellar- because the service we received was over the top!

Arrived at my friend’s house for his kid’s birthday on Farwell lake today and must have hit a screw along the way (70 mile drive). Got out of my car as the air hissed out and realized I was stuck with my toddler while my mom was watching my newborn at home because my wife is out of town. I was too far from home to get back using the donut tire, and every nearby shop was closed. I called the service department and they offered to send over a technician from over 30 minutes away to swap out the tire for the spare and transport the flat back to the shop to fix it even though they were already closed. I followed him back to the shop and was on my way in under 15 minutes. Extremely thankful as I don’t know what I would have done if I was stuck out there for the night. Thanks to everyone who stayed late today in the service department!

I went to Jim Winter Cadillac for a new 2022 XT6 only to find out they didn't have any in stock and the ones they had in transit did not have the specifications I was looking for. My sales representative was very helpful and we custom ordered the vehicle, the exact way I wanted and now I'm driving my dream car! Thank you Jim Winter Cadillac!

Did some major mechanical service work for me but; missed the reason for the primary reasons I brought my car in the first place. However they did replace the problem part when I brought it back the next day and only charged me for the part not labor.

To be fair this is the second garage that I brought the my car to for the same problem.
Finally after months the problem is solved (I hope).

Couldn't get a service appointment until next week.
