FINAL DESIGN Kitchen / Bath

Erin and her team are exceptional. Our project came in ahead of schedule and Erin really helped with both the design choices and practical parts of our kitchen renovation- while incorporating our own vision for the space. In a time when social media will try and convince you of doing things yourself, working with her team of professionals took the stress and guesswork out of the project! We absolutely love the final product!!

We worked with Emily Owens on what started as a kitchen renovation but became a first floor project. We not only updated the entire kitchen but also all the flooring on the main level up the stairs and to the 2nd floor landing. We added the powder and laundry rooms along the way. We had never worked with a designer but our experience was great! Emily developed a plan in a very short time and it was beautiful. While we made a few tweaks, we took the rest of her design and we were so excited to see it come to life! She is incredibly patient and has wonderful ideas. We would recommend Final Design for your home project. It’s totally worth it and I know it saved us a lot of our own time. Thank you Emily!

Michelle Wallace at Final Design was instrumental in my major bathroom remodel. Michelle listened to the plans I had in mind and brought them to life! She coordinated and worked with the trades involved and kept the project on track. Michelle was always available for my questions and concerns throughout and made sure I knew how to operate each of the devices I chose for the upgrade. I am SO HAPPY with my new bathroom!!! I would definitely recommend Final Design and will use them again for my future kitchen remodel.

Bennett at Final Design over the last few weeks as we updated shelving, paint, trim, lighting, flooring and plumbing in our kitchen, powder room, and dining/living areas. Erin's suggestions were spot-on, and her expertise on structure and materials superb. We were so pleased with the quality of her crew's work; we couldn't have asked for more pleasant professionals.

So incredibly pleased to stop in at Final Design. Previously had an outrageous estimate to remodel our kitchen. We stopped in, happened to meet Erin and in less than ten minutes, she knew exactly what I wanted. I trusted all of her decisions after the first impromptu meeting. We did a “no demo reno.” She fixed our lighting, updated our countertops (she allowed me to keep a black countertop even though white is everywhere), put in a great backsplash. Our project was completed over the holidays, and it is perfect. My only regret is driving by thinking there was no way we could afford a kitchen designer. We can’t wait for Erin/Final Design to help us with our bathroom in the future.

Michelle was our designer and oversaw our total kitchen replacement, including all new electrical, plumbing, custom cabinet design, and countertops. She had us working with Matt, a wonderful general contractor who does impeccable work. He became a member of the family during construction! Matt also ensured that any sub contractors were also top notch. I can't say enough about how great the experince was overall (despite some delays due to covid). If you want to have a worry free remodeling experience then you need to use Final Design!

Erin of Final Design helped us design new cabinets and an island as part of a kitchen update. She also found a cabinet-maker and helped us design a custom built-in dresser for our master bedroom addition.
Erin did a terrific job. She was easy to work with, invested the time to understand our needs and suggested improvements we hadn’t considered. Her attention to detail and hands on approach with our contractor and cabinet-maker ensured a smooth installation and a final product that we were very happy with.

We love our house. It is a renovation of existing space designed by Erin Bennett. She has a remarkable sense of space from a users perspective as well as architecture and design. We made no changes to the basic footprint. But the elimination of a useless closet, the building of a small wall, the coaxing of a few more inches in the shower space, the lowering of a wall made the house live and feel completely changed. Erin's intuitive use of color is equally remarkable. You want white? You will get the one and only perfect white for you. Her style is your style. Think you don't know your style...she'll help you find it. She does all of this with intelligence, respect, knowledge of her craft. The kitchen and baths turned out to be perfect for us...and beautiful. You will enjoy working with her. One last thing...she is ever mindful of the budget. Oh, one more last thing...she has wonderful connections to contractors, trades people, furnishings companies. We highly recommend her.

Erin has designed a laundry room and more recently a kids bathroom for us. She has a great understanding of use of space and came up with some great ideas and alternatives. She did a great job of listening to what we wanted and worked within our budget. I look forward to the kids getting along better in the bathroom. Thank you!

At first I was hugely sceptical about hiring a designer, based on my previous expirienes. Basically I did this because of my wife.
After first meeting I was pleased but still sceptical. On the second meeting I already was surprised with organization, attention to all smallest details, and most important with ABSOLUTE undastanding of my project of my dream kitchen. At any moment Erin didn't push me to different direction and at the same time smartly gided me from wrong decisions.
Second good thing - sticking to budget from A to Z. No suprises at any point.
Third - access to the local sources. We needed custom wood working and some plumbing.
And last - reaction to any problems down the road. Quick and constructive response. No drama, just keep going on schedule. Overall REALLY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. WE DEFINITELY WILL DO BUSINESS AGAIN! WE ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND FINAL DESIGN. GOOD LUCK
