Dakota was very knowledgeable about products at first yes was little awkward asking because he's a male but he made my and husband over all experience very educational definitely was impressed can't wait to try our new stuff out thanks again!!

I frequent this store maybe once a month for the past year and some change. They have a Good selection of toys for all different types of pleasure. I’ve only had positive experiences with staff. They are knowledgeable when i did ask questions.

I have been in there a few times now. When I go in there it’s usually at night there is a women there behind the counter. She very friendly and always helpful with questions I have to ask, and if she doesn’t know the answer she nicely says sorry I don’t know the answer. She is always stocking the store with new product to stay busy instead of just sitting there and not do anythinf. She always greets me when I walk in. Over all I think the manger should give her a raise or more hours. I have heard nothing but good things about her from other people. The only thing I say that’s even bad is she should get to know some of the product a little better so when customers have questions.

Been here a few times and the store has a larger selection than the Chums Corner location. Considering how small TC is I'd give this store a 9/10.

Extremely rude and negative (bearded, brown hair, male employee) me and my boyfriend went in twice today to get things and when we went in the 2nd time he greeted us by saying we needed to move our truck that it wasn't in a parking spot and that he closes in 15 minutes and doesn't want to be here any longer than he has to be.. my boyfriend asked him for recommendations and he said he won't saying anything because everyone's different and his luck it won't work..He just has a very negative attitude

I wish I could have left negative stars. The girl working tonight was down right rude. We arrive 25 minutes before close, knowing they closed at 11pm. She was vacuuming when we arrived,she didn't see us for 5 minutes then shut off the vacuum and said "we close in 15 minutes", the proceeds to vacuum at our heels. During check out had the worst attitude. She had shut down her sale system and said "do you want a receipt" we said yes because there is a huge sign that says you must have it if manufacturers warranty is offered with product. This meant she had to reset her system and made irritated noises.
Aweful experience.

I have been to this location multiple times. Usually a rude male employee is there working. He is extremely rude. I have witnessed him kick out customers for no real reason. So I was very pleased to see they had a new employee one night I came in a few weeks ago. She was very polite and helpful. The last two times I've been in, the rude male employee is there. Great store, but apparently it's hard for them to keep good employees around.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. We had a similar experience to the review before us. The guy behind the counter is an utter waste of an "employee". My boyfriend and I wanted to support local business and planned on spending a few hundred dollars in this store. However, upon entry we were not even greeted with a hello. Instead the heavy set guy behind the counter said I needed to pull my mask above my nose, which I complied. Then as we were browsing it fell beneath my nose again (mask was too big for my face) and he said that if I couldn't wear the mask properly then we would be asked to leave the store. Once again I pulled it back up, then got agitated because he was more concerned about a mask being above my nose then to actually do some customer service and help us, like a good employee should. So I decided to not give the store any of our business and leave. As we left this joker had the audacity to tell us to never come back!! There were no other customers in the store, I do not know how this place stays in business! I hope the owner of this place reads these reviews and fires this guy. He is throwing away what would have been loyal customers, who have money to spend! We will now, unfortunately, take our business online or somewhere else where we are treated with respect. This joker does not need a customer service oriented job... he is causing the business to lose money and after these reviews less new customers in the future.

I would give no star, if I could. I've been in here many times. Each time I have been treated poorly by the same employee. He's rude and absolutely inattentive, paying more attention o his laptop than his customers. About as useful as eyebrows on a fish. But this time, he yelled at me as I left because I do not wear masks. But the kicker is HE WASN'T WEARING A MASK OR SOCIAL DISTANCING EITHER. Poor customer relations.

Only a one star because I have to. Just left there. Young lady employee was outside in her truck on her phone,maybe smoking...we didn't care at all.Before any of us got in the store we apologized jokingly that we were sorry for interrupting her smoke break, she was very rude saying it's ok whatever. Still texting on her phone. We once again tried to talk to her inside asking how her night was,all we got was ignored the entire time while she was fighting on her phone texting, very obvious.She never payed attention to us anytime we said anything to her.It's the second time here now that we've dealt with a very rude employee. We will never be back again.

Wanted to buy product with my girlfriend until the guy working there yelled at her for opening a package in the rudest way. Total A hole. Don't shop here.

Would not recommend the employee was rude. The products are over priced. Was not pleased. Also got yelled at by the gentleman working who payed little attention to costumers.
