Love love LOVE this salon!!! Falen is AMAZING!!! She did 2 major color changes to my hair within a 6 month period and my natural hair is still healthy and growing. She makes sure she informs you on what exactly your hair can withstand and uses the perfect products to ensure your hair will still be soft, strong and manageable all while continuing to grow. I've colored my hair a few times throughout the years and this is absolutely the best experience I've ever had all while drastically changing my hair color. I won't let another hand touch my hair period as long as she's a beautician!!!

Love the service my son and I receive from Falen. She is amazing! Great with color and cuts. She can do all hair types. She did a Brazilian blow out on my hair, for the first time ever, I love my hair. The ladies all know what they are doing, very friendly, and helpful!

Terrible service- I will never ever go back to this salon or recommend this salon to anyone I love or care about. Very unprofessional and they apparently dont care about the health of their clients natural hair. Most of all they "do not do refunds" this is not disclosed to you upon payment and there are no signs or written document signs that state this.This sew in was so tight that i was up until 5:30 AM in agony. If you want to get the style you desire and keep your edges DO NOT GO HERE. This place had me on the highway to Traction Alopecia in less than 24 hours.
