This is by far the best in Michigan!!
2 managers on staff and all employees are so responsible and respectful.
They give you paper plates for your inside meals.

I went through the drive-through, right as they were opening on Sunday. The service, as usual, was fantastic. I go here whenever I'm in town and the food is always amazing.

Well, I’m a southerner and I’ve grown accustomed to folks says hi or hello yes sir yes ma’am just simple common courtesy but I was told northerners are cold like the weather l said Hi to the employee via drive-through, and nothing l even asked if he could hear me, just it really put a sour taste in my mouth and I really didn’t want to eat there. However, I was told white castles food is the best so I wanted the experience of having the food
Just a bit of advice maybe a be a little bit friendly you’re when it comes to dealing with customers from the team, it doesn’t cost a thing to be nice “because it matters “ I guess that’s why they call it. Southern hospitality

Fantastic, enthusiastic customer service. The food came out quick and hot, exactly as ordered. The interior is clean, and the tables are clean. The restrooms were kept in good form as well.

Still the way I remember with my dad 40 years ago. Great sliders good fries. Love the shrimp bites.

How can you go wrong with a classic. Our order was prompt, fresh and executed to perfection. Friendly courteous staff. Excellent experience.

Have loved White Castle sliders for many years. Can't go often because of distance, but wish I could. Although they have increased in price over the years I still get them when I can.

Hot and fresh! Just the way I like it! Order your crave case ahead using the app or call it in! Then you're not hiding up the line for the rest of us! Lol

I go every time I travel north. Hot great burgers. Wonderful window workers! The best! And they do it perfect every time!

The General Manager was very friendly and even surprised Mothers with a Mother's Day basket she put together. Food was also good and hot. Thank you to the General Manager for being so thoughtful.

Wow!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would! The young lady working the drive-thru on Sunday was truly a joy and outstanding! Exceptional service, fast and super hot fries! The Impossible slider was a great surprise and was delish! We will definitely be zipping up to this White Castle again!

I just moved in town and thrilled I have a White Castle near me! I've been there at least 4-5 times already! Food is perfectly made and every single employee has been very nice! Inside was clean.
So impressed overall!
