Jennifer at the Flint store did a fantastic job Helping me with issues I had with my phone. I highly recommend Jennifer. She is pleasant personable and easy to work with.

The associate was extremely helpful when I purchased my new Apple Watch. This store is my store of choice for all my smartphone needs. Keep up the great work of customer service!

Today I had the pleasure of working with Michelle. I came in wanting to upgrade my phone early because of some issues I was having and she helped do exactly that. She was extremely kind and friendly. By the time I was leaving it felt like we have been besties for years! Everyone I came in contact with today was very nice and made sure I was well taken care of. I highly recommend the Miller Road location for all of your device/plan needs!

Went into AT&T looking for a new iPad Darrell helped me out perfectly. He explained how the iPad worked and even showed me how I could lower my bill. I appreciate his time he was great I’d definitely recommend him to all my family and friends.

It was a pleasure walking into the AT&T Store today. I was Originally looking for my Sales Lady Torri. but was pleasantly Greeted by Steve(Manager) instead. But he was Awesome 🤩 I mean really Awesome. he looked deeper into my Issue and helped me get back into my Locked Apple Device. he also helped me add this New Samsung phone to my Phone line aswell. 😁 Thank you so Much Steve I’ll definitely be back to see you Guys Soon. The representatives we came in contact with were all helpful and pleasant. We had all of the things we can in for taken care of. We did have a long wait of 55minutes to get assistance. There were lots of people there waiting. Sometimes you just have to be patient. The workers in the store can not help that there are only 6 of them and 15 people trying to get help. It takes each person at least 30minutes to get assisted with what they came in for when they do get help so just be patient and wait your turn.

Justin delivered excellent customer service. He took the time to explain everything. I had a spectacular experience.

Eric did a phenomenal job taking care of my wife! She was so pleased with his attention to detail in resolving her issue.

I was going through my paperwork from a while ago and found a note I took to leave a review for Dominic. Dom has been my guy for the past 2 years and he's always been helpful. I was happy to hear he got promoted but wish he didn't get sent so far away. The short bald guy is pretty good too.

Just leaving the store with an issue. I had with my phone not being able to recognize a signal. Michelle started out helping me then Steve came in while I was on the phone with Apple because they couldn’t figure out what the problem was and long story short, Michelle did all she could do. Steve came in and put another Sim card in and then Tori came in and took care of my screen protectors so all three of these individuals did a wonderful job.

Tori was very nice and helpful despite that she ended up helping us far past her time to leave! She was gregarious, kind, and considerate the entire time we were with her and made the whole process of buying a new phone plan, switching over four phones, and buying two new ones smooth and made it seem effortless with her technical skill and upbeat attitude. She attentively listened to everything we said and responded in a eloquent and patient way the whole time despite surely having had a long day. We're very grateful for her time, and AT&T should be, too!
