Deontai was so patient and helpful with my many questions. Great personality and knowledgeable. I wasn’t easy to convince but he sold me . I’m happy to be apart of the Verizon family now 🤗

I have dealt with Randy a few times now and will deal with no one else. When I have taken friends in there, Randy has treated them with the same respect he does me. If you have not been in here before, next time you need to do something about your cell phone/service, do yourself a favor and go see Randy.

Randy was excellent and extremely helpful and prompt. Randy was not only very gracious but kind as well. He explained everything clearly and directly so I understood everything and all my questions were answered. I would recommend him to every and anyone.

Sam had outstanding service and was very curious respectful and knowledgeable. He did a great job helping me get my military discount back up. Your company would benefit greatly by having more more men like Sam working for you. Should consider him for management.

Randy , Keith and Sam were excellent , they were extremely knowledgable, patient with me and my numerous questions took the time to explain every nuance and made sure I understood the directions and was confident that I could succeed . Good help is hard to find so I applaud them. I thank them for being patient with my incessant questions . At no time did I feel uncomfortable , and I want to applaud them and the understanding n patience they showed me!! With help like them you can’t go wrong!! I had an excellent time upgrading my galaxy s20 to the brand new iPhone 15 pro with Randy. He took great care of me and made the experience wonderful! Explained everything in great detail! I plan on coming back for all my future upgrades and asking for Randy. 100/10

They are awesome at what they do. Colton hooked me up with a new phone. The service was professional with no hidden fees. Will definitely return here for any of my Verizon needs.

I came in to switch to Verizon and upgrade my phone to the new iPhone 15 , and the experience I received was phenomenal, I never thought the process was as easy as it was I hesitant on making the switch but I worked with randy and he made everything as smooth as possible ! I appreciate the time he took to make sure everything was set up and to make sure I was receiving the best rate for four lines ! I would recommend everybody to work with Randy . Good JOB

Randy he is ahhhhh-mazing! He has the patience and the knowledge and he can take care of three customers at once with no issue. He deserves a BIG taise!

I won't go into the details of my entire experience. There are pros and cons to having to suddenly get into a device plan after many years of owning my own. But. What I will say is Sam is an amazing guy. He's the one you want. He's awesome. He cares. And even when I didn't like what I got and had issues and went back. He made it work and got me into the phone I wanted and treated me with care and respect. So Ask for Sam.

Keith was very efficient and helpful getting set up with my new phone. Would recommend anyone to go through him. Set me up quickly with no waiting. Appreciate the service!

Randy found the devices that best fit my needs and did so at a price that gave great value. Super friendly customer service too!

Randy did a great job I’ve been having issues with AT&T and he was able to transfer me over to verizon paying less and keeping my phone number for me!

I’m visited the Verizon store recently and worked with Deontai. He was very professional, personable, and helpful. Sometimes you feel like store reps are just worried about the sale but Deontai took his time and he did not pressure me into buying anything (although I still made additional purchases).

I did have to leave my new phone in the store in order for it to update. Deontai explained exactly what was happening and that he may not be in the store once the phone updated (2-3 hours) but stated that if he was not, Colton would help me. When I returned to the store, Colton was the only representative in the store so I went to him assuming he was who I needed to speak with. Colton was very monotone and seemed uninterested. He instructed me to go through the new phone to insure everything transferred over from the old phone. I informed him that my contacts, messages, and apps did not fully transfer. Colton stated to give it a a while as it could still be syncing. I asked what should I do if the transfer doesn’t happen. Colton stated that I would have to contact Apple but it has nothing to do with Verizon, in a tone that I wouldn’t expect from someone who is supposed to help me, but that I had 30 days to turn the old phone in so to basically take it and figure it out.

I then received a call days later saying that I should have actually turned the phone in same day to receive the promotion. I took the phone back and Randy was very helpful. He synced all my contacts, picture, and messages!

Excellent customer service!! Bought a new iPhone from the corporate store and had trouble transferring info. They tried to rectify the situation with no success. Went to the Corunna rd store just before close and they helped until the process was complete. Even though it was his wife's birthday!! Excellent customer service.

Randy helped my husband and I set up a new phone, save money on our account, and let us know about a free trial for home internet that ended up saving us even more money. He was incredibly helpful and we will be using his Verizon store from now on!
