Chili's Grill & Bar

Had never been there; would definitely go back. Jaime was our waitress, we met 2 managers. They were attentive, willing to help and make things right. The food was really good, had the grilled chicken sandwich; salsa and chips; cheese cake; and the portions are really generous. The place was clean, even the bathroom. All in all, an excellent experience.
BTW...it was a party of 12

We had our food DoorDashed and it was absolutely delicious. It was still hot when it arrived and the presentation was great. We got the brisket burger, brisket quesadillas, kids pizza, fries and street corn. Tasted fantastic. I recommended the BBQ brisket burger. 10/10.

Chauntelle was our waitress and she was amazing. Food was so tasty, fresh and hot. Our family had a great Easter meal together. Thank you.

Went to Chili's last night and the host was amazing , the manager was amazing our food and drinks was amazing and our server shanta was AMAZING!! I had my 3 kids & my 4 nieces and nephews with me and they handled our big group so well , we all left happy and satisfied thanks so much for the GREAT customer service !!

Great service as soon as I walked in I go to miller road restaurants all the time and Chili’s is one of my faves jessica greeted and sat us at our table helped us with our food and can’t be happier with the customer service and how polite the people where

I walk in the door and instantly I knew my world was about to change for the better. We were lead to a table and my ambitions were high. And almost instantly we were ready to order. The 3 for me changed my life. Chips and Salsa, quesadillas, and a nice cold Dr Pepper! Un freaking believable. The crispiest chips that have ever touched my tongue. Top 5 quesadilla in my lifetime. Also, was greeted by Row. Awesome human being. At the end of the day, my chilis experience was one to remember!🫶🏼

Great food. Great service. Nice atmosphere. We stopped in at 1:30 on a Saturday and had our meals served within 15 minutes. Couldn't ask for much more. I would definitely stop in again.

The fajita dinner was amazing. Can't wait to go back. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

We walked in to your establishment yesterday 6-17-23 at around 930ish and you close at 11pm. NO ONE would even acknowledge us after we were seated. 4 different servers looked at us and made eye contact with myself and my boyfriend, but still completely ignored us. Finally 20-25 minutes later we decided to get up and then this tall gal said super condescendingly "you guys leaving? Well sorry" but then also laughed. So your store on Miller Rd in Flint twp is horrible the service is absolutely rude and that is the 2nd time that has happened to us. We will most definitely not be back and at this point not even to Chilis.

Food is always great here but my review is completely based on our server. My husband and I came in last Sunday afternoon around 1 PM. Our server went above and beyond. I didn’t catch his name, however he took his time to talk to us our whole visit, make us feel great, to the point that we were still talking about how much fun we had with him the next day. The food could have been terrible (which it was not) and I would still return because or how absolutely great service was.

Brittany provided outstanding service; she made our evening one to remember. She was extremely attentive and entertaining and kept the drinks flowing! We will definitely be back :)
