Would highly recommend this dealer! I bought this car 4 months ago. I waited for few months so that I could write an honest review. Very nice and professional person who greeted us and showed the car. He was understanding and kind enough to tell us everything about the car in detail. He didn’t over promised for anything that couldn’t be offered. I am happy with the car, not even a single work i had to do on it except for oil change. I would also appreciate that he gave us a car with full gas tank.

I NEVER write reviews, but this car buying process that I just went through was frustrating... up until I met Joey from Midwest Vehicle. I actually went to look at a car down the street from his shop for my son. Didn't like the car, but while I was in town, my wife sent me the Midwest Vehicle website and asked if I would check it out. So I did. When I showed up, it was a small lot but clean and cars were organized in a way that was easy for the car shopper to view. I had spotted a few vehicles that I might be interested in and was met by Joey. Joey let me know that I could test drive any vehicle on the lot so I took 2 escapes for a spin. I really liked one of them, however myself and Joey had events we had to get to and I told him I would keep in touch. He contacted me the following day to follow up on the car I test drove. I let him know that we were probably going to go a different route, but if anything changed I would let him know. He thanked me for the opportunity and we went our separate ways. That is until we changed our minds and started looking for a car for myself instead of my son. I looked at Joey's website again and found a car I really liked. I was already pre-approved and ready to buy, so I contacted him about a Chrysler 300 and he gave me some info on it. I wanted to drive it so he set up a time for me and I took it for a spin. Fell in love with the car immediately. When I got back, I told him I wanted it and we tried closing the deal but I was having a few issues with my bank. After explaining my issue, Joey was more than accommodating and did everything he could in his power to help me out. I was able to get the car after it was all said and done and couldn't be happier. The car was clean, he was upfront about anything and everything with the car. I could sense how genuine he was compared to the 20 other salesman I had dealt with prior to this purchase. Thank you Joey for making the process simple and easy! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle. You won't be disappointed.

Had Joey sell my vehicle on consignment. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Got quite a bit more than I planned to sell it for myself. Very reasonable commission and detailing fees. Couldn't get any easier. Drop off the keys and title, Joey called when he had a good offer, I approve and then pick up a check the next day. I'll never list a car for myself again as long as Midwest Vehicle Group is around!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience. We have always bought cars through a third party, but this was the first time that we ourselves bought from a dealership. The guys were super kind, not pressuring, and made the experience enjoyable. They answered questions, gave us a fair value for our trade in, and left us smiling from cheek to cheek. Though we live over an hour away from here, we will most definitely come back here to get our next vehicle.

A few years ago, after totaling my car and being completely devastated, Joey worked with my parents in helping me purchase a vehicle. I lived on the west side of the state and was very busy with college and work. However Joey made the transaction flawless. After Joey met with my parents all I had to do was show up, sign the paperwork and complete the sale. While it wasn’t the newest car on the lot (I was a broke college student) Joey still backed his sale when it broke down nearly 3 months later and offered to pay for half of the expenses to get me back on the road. Midwest Vehicle Group by far has the best customer service! I highly recommend them!!

We drove from Ann Arbor to see a Honda pilot. We had spoken to a very nice well informed gentleman on the phone. He told me all the information.The vehicle was well priced with reasonable mileage.
He came out ,got us out for a test drive with no hassle. The vehicle was spotless drove like a dream. I really like the pilot.however we determined the pilot sits too high for me . Getting in and out could be difficult. The 3rd row tho spacious, would be hard for me to keep clean.
So I had to pass.
The man was wonder full gave me his card.

My son bought a truck from Joey . Came down on price to meet my son's price range and had everything ready for him next day . Small glitch with the truck a couple weeks later . Called Joey and within twenty minutes he had a tow truck here and the next day the truck was fixed and ready to go. Great communication , always answers texts or returns calls in a timely manner. Also during a difficult time in our community he was the first business out there I saw taking the initiative to show support to our community through yard signs which he shared with other businesses and people which really meant alot and showed he cared about the community in which he does business! My mother was in search for the perfect vehicle. We looked all over Michigan and he still had the best price for miles and year. Very good customer service. We actually blew him off and looked at other vehicles to only come back the next day and he still treated us with the utmost respect. The vehicle we purchased was mechanically sound. The emission control light turned on about 20 miles down the road and we gave him a call and within 24 hours he had the light off and sent us on our way. Even told us to come back if it happens again. He didn't have to do any of that. Great dealer would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Bought a Ford Escape, for my daughter, from Joey. Great car at a great price. We have had it for a couple months now and have had zero problems so far. Drove from a couple hours away because it was such a great deal. Will be giving him a call when I need my next vehicle.
