Best dentist ever!! I have anxiety about the dentist, especially anything involving shots. I’ve had cavities filled twice here now and I just love Dr. Rutledge and her staff :) they make it quick and almost completely painless. She’s always thorough during dental exams and the hygienists are lovely. I’ve moved to Detroit but still come back to Jackson for my appointments here! 10/10

I went to Springcrest to get Invisalign and let me tell you the experience was off the charts. I am so excited for my smile and how they made sure everything was perfect. Doctor Rutledge was very detailed and made sure everything was explained and perfect before I left. Thank you so much for everything!

Everytime I go to Springcrest dental, I am always greeted so welcoming. Everyone is awesome there, they are very thorough, and Dr. Rutledge is amazing. The staff makes you feel very calm and safe (if you’re like me going to the dentist can give you a little anxiety) but I can honestly say I look forward to going to each of my dental visits. I would highly suggest (and do!) for anyone to see Dr. Rutledge and her team.

Recently had my teeth cleaned as well as my daughter here and what a great experience! It was my daughters first time and she did great! Dr. Rutledge and her staff are amazing and she received awesome prizes for being her first time! Great place for your family! And great dentistry!

I recently switched to a new dentist and picked Springcrest Dental Associates. I was blown away after I left my first appointment! Not only is everyone on the entire staff very friendly, but they encourage you to ask questions on anything you would like to know more about or understand better. I am very happy that I chose them, and Dr. Rutledge is also phenomenal at what she does! They gave me a gift for being a new patient, which I was definitely not expecting and it brightened my day even more.

I had my cleaning on 7/26/21 everything went very well. I was told everything she was going to do. My talk with my Dentist Dr. Rutledge was very good she is one in a million in my book. Always making sure you are comfortable with what is happening. We moved to Ohio and I had a cleaning about 6 months ago it was the worst I have ever had. I will make the trip to MI. To see this dentist.

I have never liked going to the Dentist until now! This Dr and staff are the GREATEST! They are gentle, caring, and kind. If you got to go to a Dentist, make it this place. You won't regret it!

Squeaky-Clean Teeth!! Salyna is a Great Hygienist. She took great care of me. Dr. Rutledge is pleasant and thorough. This was a regular visit and I came away with great feeling teeth! Thanks to the team there, my visit still feels like a safe, caring environment.

I have been a patient of this practice for 30 years. While the faces may chance they are always friendly, professional, on time and do a great job. I especially like my hygienist, Stacy. Even though I only see her every six months, she always asks something about our last conversation. Personalized service!

I have never had an unpleasant experience with Dr. Lamoreaux and his quality staff. My wife and I experience excellent, compassionate care. Because of their skillful observation and treatment, we have avoided any serious situations that could have created problems had they not been caught early. Great people! The office staff is very friendly. Laurel has been my hygienist for years. I find her very friendly, caring and gentle. I have been Dr. Lamoreaux's patient for many, many years. He has always explained any procedure that he is going to do so that I understand what is happening. He is also very friendly, caring and gentle. I have recommended this office to my family and friends.

Dr. Rutledge was on time for my appointment. Up to date technology was nice to see. She explained my problem, took her time and asked if I had any questions. So glad I chose this dentist

The office provides well for COVID 19 safety. The staff are very friendly. Never have to wait for your service, prompt in getting you from your car and starting cleaning/treatment. Very comfortable experiences with the dentist and her staff.

My whole family goes to the dentist here. I couldn’t ask for a better dental provider. My husband has very sensitive teeth and he loves it here. My kids ages 1,4, and 7 all go here as well!! My girls fight over who is going to the dentist next... All of the staff are kind and understanding when appts are missed or need to be rescheduled. It’s a great place !

I'm very appreciative of the steps Dr Elizabeth Rutledge and her staff have take at Springcrest Dental. I was provided with expectations prior to my appt by Misty, no waiting room, call from your car when you arrive, even where to park. I was met in the parking lot by hygenist, Salena wearing a mask, she asked if I felt ill at all. She took me thru the employee entrance, and took my temperature, blood pressure and pulse before proceeding. The room was empty except of minimal necessities. Everything was sanitary and clean. My hygiene appointment went on very well, as expected. Everyone is always professional and friendly. Misty is especially exceptional! Always friendly, efficient and very helpful before and after appointments. This dentist office and staff will have no problems navigating the new normal and keeping patients healthy.
