Panera Bread

I really enjoy being able to order my food on the app and pick it up. My only complaint is they are out of items often. But the food tastes great.

The meditteranean sandwich sans feta is a great vegan option. They got my order correct and it was fast and delicious.

Went with two friends,we all had soup and half sandwiches, soup was homemade and wonderful sandwhich was really good,chewy crispy bread,squash soup was unbelievable.

Ordered take out. The service was excellent and the food was hot and fresh! No waiting, and it was busy

It seems to be getting more expensive however the food is consistently good. There are reasonably choices if you are counting points with weight watchers.

In the past, I have received tuna sandwiches with no tuna in it but they refunded my order rather quickly when I called about it. Usually, if I order for in store pick-up, my order is made quickly and accurately. It made me smile the last time I stopped by, I barely had time to sit before my food was done being put together and packaged. (Also, Panera Bread is very Yummy- as per always).

I had the pleasure of working with Grace today. I had a long complicated order and she worked terrifically with me. Her customer service is unmatched. But while she was preparing my order and cutting my bagels in half, she was getting yelled at by a crew member.
The crewmember thought maybe she wasn’t doing enough or what they wanted her to do but at no time was she not moving. At no time was she standing just talking to me. Not only did it make me uncomfortable, but I thought it was extremely rude. I will be back, but only because of Grace’s customer service.

Love the food. They were out of our regular bread, so we had to sub our food order. I think they were out of peppers because we didn't get those either, and they forgot our chips because fruit cups are out of season. Lol, I think Panera is having an off day. They need some holiday cheer and decorations, it's almost Christmas, and they are in the baa humbug spirit.

Just Love the food here! I use the delivery, and call ahead services and they are my favorite in the food industry. All around great place!!

I always order the same thing. Today the app wouldn’t let me so I chose something different. Once I got there the lady remember my usual order and waited to make sure I got what I wanted. So thoughtful and made my day. I didn’t catch her name but she was making the food this morning.

The mere mention of the name “Panera Bread” is drool worthy. Looking back, am surprised I didn’t like it at all the first time I visited, it was my first week in America and I was yet to develop a taste for the cuisine. Little did I know the initial detest will turn into a full fledged romance with food @Panera Bread!!! I end up standing for a long time trying to make up my mind about what to decide. The Napa Almond Chicken Sandwich is what I mostly pick. The salads are all yum. The soups are your best friend for flu-days. After a lot of debate & discussion I usually not only eat here but also pack a sandwich and salad for my next meal 😄 absolutely love the items served, the outdoor seating, the balanced price, the French baguette!

Always love hanging out next to the fireplace in Panera while relaxing and eating dinner.

I don't know how they get me to spend $15 on a sandwich but they do every time 😍

i ordered online for my food to be delivered and it told me it would be there at 1:40pm. by 3:40 i still hadn’t gotten it and i called and talked to a manager and she was SO sweet and polite. She replaced my food and threw in a cookie and had my food to me as quick as she could. Accidents happen but it’s all about how they get handled, my food was hot and so delicious.

They always have good food.

I had an order that didn't show it went through, but the money came out of my bank account. The staff was so friendly and made my food even though the order didn't go through.
