Usually when I have to have anything done with my car… I’m uncomfortable with the places I bring my car to. I feel like they try to tell me there’s more wrong with my car than there really is. I have never had a bad feeling around Carl and his team! He’s always so honest, and sweet. He tells me what needs done but doesn’t pressure me into doing anything out of my price range. I will always recommend! Thank you for all your help!

I took my father in-laws Chrysler here for a second opinion quote to what I was told was going to be over $1k of work at another local repair shop. Hours later, I get a call explaining where the problem really was and the whole thing cost 1/10th of the others minimum estimate that would never have solved the issue.

They fixed my daughter's car and did a good job. I highly recommend this place cause they do a very good job.

This company was amazing they took in my car and fixed my problem in a day and did it cheaper then other shops was amazing and courteous about the situation and very fast and professional very nice and honest mechanics I would recommend them any and everyday of the week

Definitely recommend this place. Karl and the staff were really polite and straightforward, and they offer great service at a reasonable price. They don't try to upsell you on unnecessary repairs, which is greatly appreciated. I stopped by on a Monday just before noon in need of new brake lines. He quoted me for two lines, and found that only one was in bad condition. He saved me 60 bucks, and had me back on the road by 3 pm. Keep up the great work!

Carl and the other mechanic saved us by getting us in right away for several hundred dollars less than anyone else and getting our car done in time for us to make it to our sons wedding. Thank you so much!!! You guys rock and I'll refer any business I can to this repair shop!

Able to get right in for diagnosis. Advised problem was probably still under warranty, which I hadn't even thought of. 12 days until warranty expired. Could've went ahead with repairs without mentioning the warranty. Won't hesitate to go back. Highly recommend 👌

I've been using Masters for maybe close to 15 years for most all my automotive repairs. There have only been a few times when I've gone elsewhere. Karl's a great mechanic and an honest guy. Willing to work with you on repairs. If it's a repair he thinks I can handle on my own (to save me or my children some cash) he'll give advice or guidance. Masters has been a family business in the same neighborhood for many years, I thing they understand the importance of a good reputation. In 2017 after many years of working together at the shop, Ray Masters decided to hand things over to his son-in-law Karl. It was time go Bowling play more Golf. Both are Good guys.
