I'm revising my review. Cathe Cook got a hold of me & worked with me to make it right. I called her office & one of the ladies picked up & she immediately fixed the problem & I got a full refund in like 1-2 days. She told me like a week. I was pleasantly surprised. Then when Cathe made contact I was even more impressed. I have been with this office for it seems like a couple of decades. I just don't have anything for them to insure. My only complaint was over the past 10 yearsish faithfully every 6 months my policy would go up. When I would ask for a review of my insurance to see if there was anyway to bring it down. It was always a no. The older my car got, the more it cost to insure. I wish when that started happening I would have shopped around at other auto insurances. One of the ladies that I talked to at Cathe Cook's office said, have other companies email us better quotes & they would see what they could do to match it. Just wish I would have followed through. Otherwise, this agency has been the best & I'll go back to that office if I require it. I highly recommend them & Allstate I have never had a problem with. Thank you Cathe Cook & all the girls there who have been there for me through some really challenging, difficult times.

My family has been happy with our overall experience with Allstate. Cathe Cook’s team makes it easier for us to get a quote, add a driver or a different policy. Their customer service is outstanding. Communication is simple and efficient, they are never pushy and we feel that we are truly valued as customers.

Is there an option for more than 5 stars???? This company and this AGENCY have completely changed how I view and take care of my insurance. From breaking down what I'm actually paying for, giving me several options to save and apply certain coverages as I need them, and also having an awesome support staff I can rely on, I've never been helped like this from any agency before! Had a nasty wreck back at the beginning of this year and Allstate was there every step of the way during the process.

Completely different experience from what I've had in the past. Never spoke to the same person twice with my Progressive people... horrible claims experience, zero rapport or care about what was important to the customer. But hey, they start ya with insanely low rates so I shouldn't have expected more from them, looks like I got exactly what I paid for. And suffice to say my time with Geico after THAT debacle was unfortunately more than 15 minutes...

I think I'll be staying with Cathe's office for much much longer than previous places, these people know their stuff and I've never seen anything like it. 10/10 would recommend

I have worked with Rachelle Hansen with Allstate for 20 years. She is simply the best. She is professional, always on top of reviewing my insurance to make sure I have the best coverage and price. Claims have very smooth with Allstate as well. I refer my family and friends to her and I always hear great things from them. If you're thinking about working with her stop thinking about it and do it. You wont find a better insurance agent anywhere.

Cathe Cook and her team are always very informative and quick to respond to my questions and policy changes. They are always good about making sure I'm not paying for things I don't use and recommending things I would use. They have never been pushy. I feel as if I can talk to them like they are family. I have had them for almost 5 years now and wouldn't ever think about switching insurance companies.

I really like Cathe Cook All-State Insurance, not just because they are insurance company but they are very professional and easy to with. I would definitely recommend to family and friends because they are wonderful and very friendly. They usually explain everything to me if I have a question about my bill or my coverage. I had a super terrible insurance agent before i went with Cathe, I literally almost got my car taken away because i have a loan on it & he wouldnt call & tell the state! such a joke! BUT, since i switched over & its been super wonderful, always answers the phone, always helps me & answers my questions. Also got me the cheapest out of every place i called. 5 stars for sure!

I'm quite new at shopping for insurance, but when I went in to get a quote, everyone was so friendly and helpful! Rachelle answered all my questions and showed me many different options that might lower my premium and offer me similar coverage based on my needs.
