I met with Matt this year to buy a hot tub. They took me through every option and carefully explained each one. The install was quick and clean. We ended up signing up for annual spring and winter prep since and they have been consistent and punctual. Id recommend this company to everyone!

Summit Lawn and Recreation installed our new in ground pool this summer and it has been a wonderful experience at every phase. They were great to work with during the initial consultation and design, pool install, and support after the completion of the build. We did not have any surprises or hidden costs. The project timeline was met and their communication , follow up and customer service has been great.

I just had a new 15x30 pool installed by this company. Matt was great. He worked with me all thru email and phone calls because I was in Arizona for work at the time. The installers were great and answered all of my annoying questions. The head installer, Kevin, even worked with the water company (7 Seasons Pool Water, great people) I hired to get the water delivered and the pool filled as soon as the install was completed. Even tho they were pretty slammed with other installs, they still managed to get my pool installed quickly. My family and grandkids love it. I highly recommend Summit Lawn and Recreation.

I was a little hesitant as I had not heard much about Dimension One spas but after doing some research and learning of their quality I decided to pay a visit to Matt at Summit Lawn and Recreation. I was impressed with Matt and his laid back approach. I do not like to feel pressured and I certainly wasn’t pressured for a sale, yet I felt he was quick to answer any question. I felt Matt wasn’t just trying to make a sale but was trying to get a loyal customer. He was very helpful and even helped in finding someone to install my electric. I had a few questions after the installation of my spa and Matt was very quick to return my call; he continues to be helpful and seems genuinely concerned about his customers impression of his business. I absolutely love my new spa and being a prior spa owner I am impressed with the quality and performance of the new spa. I would HIGHLY recommend Matt, his company and Dimension One spas. I know I will remain a loyal customer.

In researching hot tubs for a while I came across Summit Lawn & Recreation and reached out to them. When arriving at their building we were greeted promptly and all the questions we had were answered honestly. They had a hot tub in stock, which is rare now a days, that we ended up purchasing and they set up delivery for next week. We have been very pleased with our purchase of our hot tub from Summit Lawn & Recreation. They had a great selection to view and learn about the various options. We purchased on Tuesday and installed on Wednesday. Great customer service and professionalism. There was no pressure from them just friendly conversation about their products and services.

Summit Lawn and Recreation had lots of tubs to be purchased and delivered right away. We had one delivered immediately.
First we were shopping around for hot tubs and noone had any available until late fall or even for a year. Some stores had none on their floor to even look at. Only Summit had lots in their store to choose from.
This is the first hot tub store we walked into and didn't feel pressured to purchase anything. They were very easy to work with. Helped us decide on the perfect hot tub, without making us feel rushed. We even changed our mind and upgraded two days before one was delivered, and they had no problem changing our order to a different hot tub. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule for delivery and set up. Took lots of time to explain how to care for our spa.
Definitely recommend them! Especially if you want a spa right away.

Very happy with the service we've received from Summit Lawn and Recreation. When searching for a place to find a hot tub most everywhere needs to make a special order but not here. There were dozens for us to chose from and because they already have them in stock they were install right away. Very happy with our experiences so far!

This place was excellent to work with! I bought a hot tub last spring from them. We had a few issues with the hot tub initially (pillows broke off, small leak just from something coming loose in transit) but the Company has really stood behind thier product and have made sure everything was taken care of. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend this company! Locally owned and operated by great people!

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received! The owner was great, as well as staff. Friendly, and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions about spas. They weren't pushy or making me feel like I had to buy anything. Great prices! Offered to stay after hours to accommodate our time needs. Same with delivery of our spa. Also made sure we weren't wasting our money on extras we didn't need.

Had an issue with my spa and notified them. The owner immediately got ahold of me and sent someone out to service the issue. Definitely takes care of his customers, above and beyond. I will be only be using them for our pool and spa needs. I absolutely recommend them!

I did A LOT of shopping around before making my purchase. I even stopped in to see the tubs at Summit several times before choosing one here. They made the process so easy and worked with me with every question I’ve had. It’s not just a sale to them, they make you feel very comfortable and were very professional with install process. Enjoying my new tub every night!

Love our new swim spa. We bought it to keep us healthy for years to come and beat the winter blues. Matt and his staff took care of delivery and set up, so it was EASY. Shop local, you won’t be disappointed.

Knowledgeable staff! We ordered a shed. At first we wanted a shingled roof, but the representative explained that metal roofs transport the best. It was a pleasure doing business with Summit. We would highly recommend to family and friends.
