Was in a pinch needed immediate service. was met by a nice and respectful man that got me right in. I also observed him with two other ladies he was friendly helpful person with them also, which made it happy, light environment. This is a small mom and pop place, it has a stellar reputation with many return customer's, now I'm talking customers that have been returning for years and also they're family. What more could you ask for.

New set of tires ordered yesterday and on the truck in less than 24 hours.. thank you guys, see you next week for my alignment

I bought a fifthwheel close to Jackson Michigan, and it needed tires. It was a 3-hour trip, and I didn't want to take the chance on 9 yr old tires. I called several places around Jackson, and Kutcha's had the best price and had them mounted in a reasonably good time.

What I thought would be a tire rotation turned into 4 new tires - but no complaints here! They got me in and out in record time at a great price. So glad I went with Kutcha’s! Will definitely be back for future auto services.

I went to Kutcha's for new tires and a replacement strut for my 2011 Rav4. The strut repair caused a cv boot issue that they tried to fix the same night. It couldn't be done and the part wasn't available until Monday. I was carless. Chris drove me home. On Monday, he called me to pick up the car and when I got there, he told me that there was no charges at all! That's the kind of customer service that doesn't happen anymore. Kutcha's has a regular customer now! Thank you!

Great deal on tires! They did my alignment as well and it was still a bit off and even 2 days later they fixed it no questions asked for free! They even offered to do it again once their machine was calibrated! 100/10 customer service!

These guys are amazing! We were in and out. The employees were exceptional and went above and beyond our expectations! We had a family emergency and I needed to get to a funeral I was speaking at, notified the guys and they got me in and out like Nascar! I am never going to another tire shop again! 🙂

You need tires in Jackson, Mi. Go see Chris. Very professional and polite. He got my truck put on a very nice set of used tires in time for a trip across the country.

I took the wife's car in for a 4 wheel alignment yesterday.
When I got it back I noticed a problem with it & took it back for investigation. The problem was found & fixed at their cost because it was honestly missed.
They could have charged me for the repair but didnt.Great cust.service.!!

What a great experience!! Pulled up and needed a new tire. Zero wait time. They replaced the flat tire in 15 minutes. Great price and excellent service. Highly recommended against big chains that take hours for the same service.
