This is one of the BEST company’s in the MIDWEST! I had two other company’s come take a look at my drain problem and was either quoted way too much or told it’s “too big” of a job right now. Drainz came out and had it fixed in less than a hour!! Fair price and Great Customer Service. I can’t say enough about these men. Don’t go anywhere else if you’re reading this. Josh was absolutely amazing and was very professional! Great price! Came as soon as he could and got the job done and made sure everything was good before he left. Josh was great. After we had a back up he came out the morning after I called. Helped show me how to clean my drains on my own if I have this problem again. Gave me great advice on regular maintenance to prevent build up. Ended up having a disconnected pipe which he helped me locate. Really kind and knowledgeable. His card is staying on my fridge in case I ever need him again.

Josh was very professional from the very first time I spoke with him. My husband and I were in the inspection process of home buying and we needed to find a company to scope our drains. I needed a sump pump replacement and I also had a slow toilet draining. I called DrainZ and Josh and RJ were here quickly and fixed the problems and also found and fixed several other plumbing issues the previous owner had wrong. All was taken care of the same day!. I had Josh out to my new house in horton he got there quickly after i called. i had a clogged toilet he could have done the easy way .i told him i didn't know where my septic was so he helped me find the septic dug it up and did everything at a very reasonable rate. i would definitely use him again he did a fantastic job and went above and beyond.great guy great Service

I was a first time customer, and would recommend DrainZ to anyone needing drain/sewer service. Josh (the owner) was trustworthy, professional, personable, and great to be around. He is the best value in town: I saved hundreds of dollars by having him do the work. Should I need anymore services in the future, he will be the first company I contact. He has the best Google rating for a reason: Dude is awesome.

I very highly recommend DrainZ. If I could give 10 stars I would. Josh was courteous, professional and friendly. He showed me everything he was doing and explained why. When he came I had a bathtub full of water and drain cleaner from trying to fix the problem myself. He unclogged the drain which was plugged up deep between the kitchen sink and bathroom pipes then also strapped up a sagging pipe in the basement for better water flow and less stress where connected. Josh also gave me advice on preventative maintenance. I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the service provided and pleased that he was so affordable unlike those over-priced larger companies. I also felt good about supporting a local small business owner. Thanks Josh for everything. I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs. ☺

Josh took care of two leaks, one that required a new part in the kitchen, the other a brand new faucet in the bathroom. He responded quickly to my contact, was professional, did a tremendous job, and his rates were reasonable. In addition he pointed out an issue that we needed to take care of with one of our bathroom cabinets.
